He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, making me feel like I had done something wrong simply by asking for assistance. No customer--or anyone asking for help--should be treated that way. I appreciate that my car was jumped, but basic courtesy costs nothing. If helping someone is such an inconvenience, it's better to politely decline than to make them feel unwelcome and disrespected. The insurance company wanted to TOTAL out the estimated damages on my vehicle and pay me the current market value. When I spoke to my auto body man he recommended I first see Harry at Ultimate Precision. The car was immaculate and in good condition and he told me he would have to take the entire interior apart and take out the seats and carpet and dry out the entire interior. I immediately cancelled my insurance claim! After replacing the two front bucket seats from a salvage yard and drying out the carpet and underlying wiring harness, he returned my vehicle to me in BEAUTIFUL CONDITION for a VERY REASONABLE price. My insurance agent and adjuster were shocked. Still driving my Chrysler 300 and I am very happy. Absolutely no evidence of the flooding exists whatsoever!

The mechanic is a Spanish guy, I don't know his name, but he is single handedly keeping that business alive. Harry is feeding off him and if this guy knew his value, he would be somewhere else making even more money, I am sure. When this guy works on your car, it gets fixed. Especially if the problem is diagnosed properly. But when the owner works on your car its hit or miss, you don't know what you are getting back. He is not detailed, and he will mess up your ride. The owner should retire and let some knowledgeable and detailed take over the shop. All harry is doing is doing now is scamming people to make that extra dollar. This shop has been around for a long time and maybe at one time he knew what he was doing; but now, he doesn't pay attention to details and messes up people's car by guessing what to do. One of my neighbors also had a nightmare situation with this shop over 20 years ago when Harry messed up his car. I don't remember the details, but he mentioned he had to threaten Sueing him to get his money back. I suppose he don't want to go to court because he may have been sued many times before. He told me to never use this company for any auto work because they will first try to scam you by saying you need major engine or suspension work when you're really don't. But then again, where can you find an honest mechanic now a days? Regarding the gasoline suggestion in previous posts about Harry advising his customers to use reputable gas stations for better gas quality, yielding better engine performance. I totally agree with him on that. Gas stations such as PB, Exon, Shell all add additives to the standard gasoline for better wear and performance on engines. Stations like Delta, Lukoil, Conoco and Valero are all selling water downed gas. Meaning, they sell E85, a gasoline mixture of inexpensive plant-based fuel called ethanol. This increases the volume of gasoline they sell with yielding more profit and less performance in your vehicle. So, yes that advice from Harry regarding the gas stations you use is from a lifetime experience he has in the business. He should write a book; he has a lot of old school mechanic knowledge he can pass on. Ooh, by the way. My car was totally messed up at this shop. Its parked and cannot be driven after the Harry experience. I am on the verge of filing a lawsuit.

She answered all of my questions, called me back when she said she would, and even sent me everything we discussed in writing along with an attached offer. Adel connected me with Nikki Barboni, who is one of their sales and leasing consultants. Nikki was a consummate professional, which allowed us to get through all the paperwork quickly. I've heard horror stories of people spending all day at the dealership but this was not the case. She really made my family and I feel at home. When it came time to pay for the vehicle and we couldn't make the payment the way we wanted to, she offered nothing but solutions, which I really appreciated. Lastly, the service I received from the business manager Luis Olivier was awesome as well. He was very precise and made sure all the I's were dotted and T's were crossed. He made sure we understood all the financing for the vehicle by going through the contract page-by-page. He never rushed us, and only asked for signatures once we were comfortable enough to do so. Because of these three individuals, I will be referring as many people as possible to this dealership. Thank you for doing right by us!

When I arrived, I spoke with the same employee who had answered my call. He took the time to inspect my axle and worked with the staff to try to remove it. While I waited, I had the opportunity to speak with the owner, who was friendly and easy to talk with. Although they ultimately were not able to complete the specific work I needed, it was clear that the team made a genuine effort to help. They even referred me to another shop next door that might be able to assist. Despite taking the time to look at the axle and attempt to help, they did not charge me anything.

I was going to have the car towed to the body shop in Mamaroneck with which GEICO usually works, but opted for Westchester Collision & Recovery, which was just a few hundred yards away from the scene of the accident. While I wouldn't have minded if the car had been repaired a bit more quickly, I have to hand it to Westchester Collision and Rocovery -- they did a great job with the repair. The car looked terrific upon return. No way you would have known it had been in an accident. They did really good work for me. I was impressed.
