We had just completed our Twisted Sisters run and instead of heading to the hotel decided to visit Bandera. Place isn't huge but has a nice selection of women's and men's clothes. Cowboy garb like Ariat, Stetson, and Wrangler. Boots from Roper, Justin, and Tony Lama. We shopped for a good 20-30 minutes but came up empty for this trip. Prices were on par with big city chains. No small town markup! Main reason for this review is we were just treated rather poorly just down the street at the local antique mall. The Cowboy Store..these folks are super friendly! I went out to find a buddy and was greeted twice; they are genuine and if I would have found something I wouldn't have hesitated to support this business. Might also help if Texas knew what season it's in for the rest of this year!

I received them relatively quickly via UPS, but when they arrived the pants had clearly been tried on a number of times or worn and smelled distinctively like cigarette smoke. I emailed and then spoke to someone at the store and they said to get them dry cleaned. :( Not really great customer service. For online shopping - I suggest looking elsewhere if you can.

I shopped at the home furnishing side of the business and purchased some amazing candles from brands I was not familiar with from Europe. Tina help me with my selections and was really nice and knowledgeable. There are so many amazing things to look at and purchase. It's exciting to go into a boutique featuring inventory you haven't seen before and be helped by someone that knows so much about the craftsmanship and quality of the products. It's clear they really care about their customers. From the customer service to the packaging of your purchases to receiving a handwritten thank you note the mail! All first class. I was helped mostly by Carrie and Daniel as they were there each time I cam in and knew what I was searching for. All of your staff was polite and helped me as well. Carrie and Daniel took the extra measure to call the Boerne store and also the Corral company to assist me in my search for boots. I have spent upwards of 3-4 hours in there this past week and never once did they make me feel like I was a burden or asked too many questions or anything like that.
