I am happy that they made things right. Thank you, Tina (store manager) for making things right I really appreciate you! I live by the Golden rule and I expect the same respect from others that I give out. You were very friendly and very apologetic and understanding and I appreciate that more than you know. So thank you very much for your kindness. However, I am a bit disappointed to see that the lady with the short gray hair is still there. She is honestly the most unfriendly customer service representative I have ever met. I hate to hear that the groomer that helped me that day that I had such a horrible experience, no longer works with you all and I sure hope that it wasn't due to this situation. She was friendly. The only issue I had with her was her changing her story when it came to what price she told me over the phone versus what she said in the store. Now, the lady with the short gray hair honestly, I believe has no business working there as she tells people how much she does not enjoy her job and that's something you should not discuss with customers. Like I mentioned in my previous review she's constantly smoking out in the front of the store and customers have to walk right through her cigarette smoke to get in the store. I as well as my granddaughter are both allergic to cigarette smoke so that's a big issue for me. I think if she needs to smoke, maybe go to the back of the store, just a suggestion. I know it's hard to find people to work, but if it were my store, I would not want her working there. She is very unkind and not very knowledgeable when it comes to your products. Anyway, thank you for following the golden rule and making things right with me and giving me a full refund.

Today I visited the Uvalde Tx location to just shop, I love going into petsense and wanted to find…read moresome items for my cats. I was with my family and we were just looking around, the only employee in the store never greeted us in general, but watched us the whole time in the store. While we were shopping she approached my mother and asked if we were "even buying anything" when we tried to explain we're just looking around, she implied that we had to purchase something to shop in the store, I'm confused because how else can we shop? She was extremely rude and aggressive. I'm extremely upset with my Experience. She wouldn't provide her name and took her name tag off before she approached but she is working at the uvalde pet sense Sunday September 7th at 2pm.

Gypsy has a bit of that…read moreclassic sassy Eskimo attitude, and we had just arrived in Del Rio after a 7-day road trip that included camping--so she definitely needed some TLC. We did the de-shedding and full body cut, and Aleida worked wonders. She got out all the matted fur, handled Gypsy beautifully, and had her looking fabulous in just 2.5 hours, which was impressive given the condition of her coat. Our only small complaint is that we couldn't tip using a credit card. Other than that, the experience was excellent from start to finish. We will definitely be back to have Gypsy groomed here again.
