It appears that bad weather has created havoc at the farm this spring and with all the hubris surrounding the issues caused by the weather, my issue fell "thru the cracks." She apologized for the delay and graciously refunded what I paid. I must admit that I was extremely disappointed when my initial problem was disregarded as I had felt that I had found a great family-owned business where I could source high-quality onion plants and accessories. I am very pleased to let Yelp readers know that Dixondale Farms does care about their customers; no matter how small. Although my onion crop will be practically nothing this year due to the poor-quality plants I received, I will be ordering from them next year. and look forward to using Dixondale for many years to come.
