They give you a quote for services without any documentation of what they are doing or any explanation for the price. A simple maintenance and adding sealant to the tires should not cost $725.00. It is outrageous. So disappointed in the new management over there. Bertha was great and always had an invoice prepared with the work detailed and accurate pricing. The technicians do there job but the service manager tries to overcharge on everything. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

He was true to his word. I sent my tractor in for some additional warranty adjustments and a 50 hour service. Everything went very well. My tractor was picked up promptly and the service was done very expeditiously. Kudos to a great customer service department for responding to my review and providing great service. The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is that I think that the service department could improve their communication protocols, that is to say, calling to let me know the status and using text messaging rather than phone calls that did not ring through because their number was not in my contact list. I didn't get the message they left until days after they had called.

I was able to do the job I needed in the time I predicted. (I could have never done it with a four wheel bobcat.). The machine was in great condition, practically new, and functioned flawlessly. The air conditioned cab was really nice...cool, clean and most of all, not dusty. The tilt trailer I rented was easy to load and unload. (Next time I'll probably take advantage of their delivery and pickup service.) The pickup and return was easy and laid back. Friendly guys and great to do business with.
