I was able to do the job I needed in the time I predicted. (I could have never done it with a four wheel bobcat.). The machine was in great condition, practically new, and functioned flawlessly. The air conditioned cab was really nice...cool, clean and most of all, not dusty. The tilt trailer I rented was easy to load and unload. (Next time I'll probably take advantage of their delivery and pickup service.) The pickup and return was easy and laid back. Friendly guys and great to do business with. Overall I give these guys an A+ and highly recommend.

I always visit when I am back in the area, and today was my second visit in 2 years. Eva was on site and she is always willing to work with you for a sale. She has a nice indoor shop with a good variety of antiques and vintage. She likes to stock quality finds and it shows! Outside are some great yard art offerings and other kitschy stuff. I bought a metal cactus and a rusty roadrunner art piece, both made in Mexico. Eva offered them at 20% off! Those are going to my southwest loving mom back east There are several other buildings with offerings from vintage kitchen items to huge wooden store display pieces. I purchased a Royal Doulton figurine and the price was so good that when I saw this same item later today in another store, I paid 50% less and 75% less at Eva's. A little bisque doll head she gave me at 50%. Years ago I took a furniture item I bought from Eva to the Antiques Roadshow. The Keno brothers assessed its value at just over what Eva priced it so she knows the true value of what she has and she isn't jacking up the price. Eva buys all over the country so she brings the best variety to her Hill Country shop but stays true to the tastes of customers shopping in the Texas Hill Country. If you find yourself on the road to this business, stop in and treat yourself to a unique shopping experience and cool stuff.

You can't just show up without calling first to make sure trees are still available, and if you're hoping for one of those big, fluffy, picture-perfect trees, you really need to go the day they open, or at least within that first week. My family and I have been getting our trees from Pipe Creek for five years now, and every year it's the same: the best trees go fast. We don't live in a state where these trees grow abundantly, so the full, fluffy ones are always the first to go. I actually plan ahead and don't work on opening day, and I always get there at least 15 minutes early. Last year was wild for us, and we ended up going a week late. I already knew the tree I had envisioned would be gone, so we compromised and picked something a little smaller than usual. And honestly? We still loved it. We love this place and enjoy the experience every single time. Today is opening day, and I'm so excited to head out and pick our beautiful tree!

We were greeted and given some useful information--after standing up like we were confuse lol. Everyone was nice, friendly, and helpful. We ended up getting two trees instead of the sticking to the original plan, one tree. The trees imported from North Carolina was really nice. I had no complaints; even the dirt road on the way to the farm was fun and brought a different level of experience. It wasn't too far only about 30 mins outside of city limits. They have netting, ropes, saws, tree stands, and even wreaths. They loaded the trees and secured them on your vehicle as well. Most of my media was videos so these are the pics I got!

Extremely Disappointing and Unwelcoming Experience…read more My family and I were really looking forward to visiting this place and drove an hour to get there. Unfortunately, we were never greeted or given any guidance upon arrival. When we saw a buffalo near the entrance, we calmly walked over just to say hi -- as one might expect at a petting zoo. A man, who I believe was the owner, suddenly yelled at us to back away. We returned to our car, unsure of what we had done wrong. He then approached us again and aggressively asked what we wanted. When we asked about the tour and prices, he continued to scold us for going near the animals, despite the fact that this is advertised as a petting zoo. The tone and hostility were completely uncalled for. As we were about to leave, we paused briefly to look at the camels and take a quick picture -- only to have him run up and yell at us again, demanding that we get off the property. We left feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and honestly shocked at how poorly we were treated. It was a complete waste of time and left a very negative impression. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly, family-oriented experience.

Have them a ring and set up an appointment. My kids were just giddy with joy. They got to feed and pet the goats. They got to ride the camels and then relax with the kangaroos. It truly was a lovely experience and they were so patient with the kiddos and the oddly specific questions that my son asked. They provided a bunch of random facts that the children just loved. They hung on their every word. Altogether we spent a little over an hour here and it was all worth it. At 20 bucks a head it was a reasonable price for a great memory.
