We had some questions so we visited the office and were helped immediately. They had some great ideas to share with us and suggested we walk the yard with one of their employees. And that's where we met Mateo, the yard manager. He was extremely helpful with great ideas about our project and took the time to walk us through some solid choices to consider. His smile and Texas style firm handshake sealed the deal for me. I'm going back with my pickup truck!

They said they need to order part, part takes two weeks they put part takes off with check and leaves without letting us know. Later I put a load to dry and discovered the top panel is loose and the screws are still on the floor. We put a stop payment in the bank and threatened to go to the BBB. They come back and said I don't want Uno in my house again. Manager comes with Uno and said he needs Uno. So we let them work on dryer. again they had to order a part and waited by now I have a lot of dirty clothes that need washing and drying. Supervisor came with new part and Uno worked For a long time and dryer was finally working but the digital lights on my upright beautiful Maytage dryer were not lighting the entire numbers. I told them why since they were working before. He just said something stupid and told me that's something else. I didn't like that! Besides their lousy performance on this job they had attitude with me. NOW this is very interesting: Uno wanted me to show him the receipt from the first time he came and dryer worked for a while. I gave it to my husband to show it to Uno, Uno got it and my husband came back into the house. Dryer is in the garage. After a while Uno comes back in the house and asks me for the receipt and I told him my husband just gave it to yo. He said yes but he took it back. Then I asked my husband where is it? My husband couldn't remember. I told Uno MY HUSBAND IS SICK WITH CANCER AND HE JUST GAVE YOU THAT RECEIP. MY HUSBAND COULD NOT REMEMBER IF UNO GAVE HIM BACK THE RECEIPT. UP TO THIS DAY WE DONT KNOW WHAT UNO DID TO THAT RECEIP. BUT IT BOTHERS me that Uno started this trick about the receipt we had paid for and what was he trying to pull?? We waisted around $600 dollars letting these fool and unprofessional guys come into my house to do a lousy job and to make things worse what these guys did when they left was that after they asked to use our latter when they put it back (we didn't see how) they hit the device where garage door opener eye is to close and open. They didn't bother to tell us. But it took us nearly 2 hours trying to find out why the garage door would not open!!!! Someone else had to come to fix it. This was the worst experience we had with All American Appliances and Uno and his manager. NEVER AGAIN. WE ARE SENIORS AND MY HUSBAND IS SICK. SO I cannot believe all those nice comments about their services.

I told her "yeah ive had laughing gas at the hospital so I know how it feels." As I was walking out I could see her staring at me in the reflection, while i was rocking the can in my hand because it felt different. When I got home and tried it, the gas would come out making a weird "pew pew pew" noise, which I have NEVER heard, also it felt completely different almost as though it was air duster. I sent this to manager. ---- I called explaining the situation, and told her "I won't go to management if you can get me another can and everything will be okay." "Was the can tampered with." And she paused for a second and stated "no." She told me, I'm not sure what to say I have someone else you could talk to, so she passed the phone to her friend chilling in the back of the store , and he stated "smoke and eve, what up." I asked if he tampered with it and he stated no, I asked if he worked there and he said "obviously." I feel you should really CHECK THE CAMERAS on that day (11:45pm September 24th) and who that guy was sitting in the back that shouldn't be there. This is the second time an issue with nitrous oxide has happened at smoke and eve and I am going to both incidences on the better business bureau.
