We had some questions so we visited the office and were helped immediately. They had some great ideas to share with us and suggested we walk the yard with one of their employees. And that's where we met Mateo, the yard manager. He was extremely helpful with great ideas about our project and took the time to walk us through some solid choices to consider. His smile and Texas style firm handshake sealed the deal for me. I'm going back with my pickup truck!

Sherry is the most delightful woman and provided the best customer service to my mother and I!…read moreWhile most are shopping for floral arrangements for weddings and special occasions, my mom and I unfortunately were making memorial arrangements for my Daddy. Sherry asked many questions about my dad and what he liked, as if she were getting to know him. She gave me a number to send pictures to so that she could have an idea of what we had in mind. She chose the flowers and decided all white would be honorary. When I say the spray and urn wreath were breathtaking, that would be an understatement. Her pricing was beyond reasonable and was by far the cheapest in the area! Her nice little quaint shop is near Old Helotes and just screams southern charm and feels like Texas hospitality. Please go visit Sherry! She will definitely take care of you!!

The young men that we met on the day of our visit were very helpful, kind and they had a lot of helpful information regarding the various trees. We were in the market to purchase some new trees and they did well with helping us make a final decision. This business focuses on selling more mature trees. They have a very large selection, various sizes and colors. Seems like they had trees from $100 to tens of $1,000's. Delivery & Installation charges were very reasonable. Delivery was 36 hours after we visited them and the install went smooth and flawless. I really like how the install team was punctual, they prepared the areas, planted the trees and cleaned up everything afterwards. Trees have a 1 year warranty. Absolutely wonderful job guys and completely enhanced our homes curb appeal!

The gentleman we initially met at their yard gave a tour of all the trees in his golf cart, asked us several questions about what we were replacing, and what we thought we would like to replace it with. He stopped frequently to identify the different trees, provide all the pros and cons of each variety, whether they were particularly suitable for where we live, etc. We didn't feel rushed, he was exceptionally pleasant, and was happy to answer all our questions. When we decided what type of tree we wanted, we were handed a flag, picked out the exact tree we liked best, and they delivered it in a matter of days. Their crew was friendly and efficient, and for a reasonable fee, cut down and removed the dead tree. They were finished in no time, and left the yard looking better than when they arrived. They only asked for payment when the old tree was gone, the new tree was planted, staked, watered, and we were 100% satisfied with their work. I really didn't think this level of customer service existed anymore. Go see them. You won't regret it.
