Further the doctor finally came out and she didn't know who I was or my dog but she said she saw him last year - but I met the vet from st. Kitts never met Dr. brown which is terrifying. This clinic is severely overpriced and they're not willing to work with their clients to provide affordable care. Dr. Brown leaves much to be desired as does the office manager. I will never take my animals here again. It's cheaper to get ears cleaned as a human. Veterinarians are getting criminal with what they bill and keep In mind nothing they bill is regulated. Alldredge veterinary services in comfort is much more affordable and they have better education. They saw bixby and then cancelled our appointment and sent us to collections bc I didn't like their treatment plan. So third trip to the office to pay them $62.50 for an appointment I attended. In human healthcare I can't cancel a patients appointment just bc they don't want to do what's recommended. Their cancellation policy is just scam to ensure they're still making a paycheck without having to do anything. Three hours later, half a day of work missed, down $62.50 and bixby still has an ear infection. So fed up with peoples lack or common decency. Are they helping the community or just robbing bandera citizens? They need to be reported.

We called ahead and Avery calmed us down with immediate knowledge and comfort remedies to get there as it was a hour drive . Upon arrival Avery quickly came to us and too Leah for vitals . She explained possibilities and assured us Leah would start feeling better soon . A bonus to Avery was Dr Dielmann . He was amazing to say the least! We were nervous and scared about what he was going to convey. He gave us hope that the chances of a less severe diagnosis was probable. He was so understanding and sensative to our feelings.
