We did the de-shedding and full body cut, and Aleida worked wonders. She got out all the matted fur, handled Gypsy beautifully, and had her looking fabulous in just 2.5 hours, which was impressive given the condition of her coat. Our only small complaint is that we couldn't tip using a credit card. Other than that, the experience was excellent from start to finish. We will definitely be back to have Gypsy groomed here again.
