The two ladies I went to did good on cutting my hair however they don't speak to you or anything so it's just an awkward setting. All the salons I've been to in the past speak to you throughout the whole appointment(and of course since they're so nice I tip them and I admit I didn't tip the 2nd stylist I went to here because she didn't greet me or speak to me.) If they did greet and speak to me a bit throughout the appointment I would've tipped the 1st stylist more and I would've tipped the 2nd stylist but I feel so awkward getting my haircut done there so I'll take myself elsewhere. Also to add they blocked me from their facebook page, I wonder why? Maybe because I didn't tip Mayra(the 2nd stylist), well if she would've interacted with the customer and greeted then she would've got a good tip. Lastly, I was on time to the appointment and she didn't show up till like 4:10-4:20

Small town hang out. Definitely not a mall, when compared to a MALL in larger cities, but for a…read moresmall Texas town, this is all they have. The 'anchor' stores JCPenney, Ross, and Bealls remain in business, how? I remember Del Rio before the mall was built, semi-arid desert brush, with nothing to see for miles. Save your money, and time and make the 150 mile drive to San Antonio.

This is a miss-mash of other stores leftovers. My daughter was looking for some tops she could wear…read morewhile we were visiting Del Rio, so that was the only reason we stopped into Ross. For an anchor store, it's disappointing to see merchandise in such bad shape, and selections very limited. You can find some bargains for some 'name brand' items, just remember these are what you see, what you get. Customer service was minimal, nothing like a cashier opening up conversation in Spanish. Please don't assume every customer is Spanish speaking, even if this is a border town.

We went shopping at this Ross in Del Río. I went to sit down on the furniture while my wife…read moreshopped. The lady security guard told me I could not sit on the furniture. I told her that I would have my wife buy nothing. I had my wife put back the shoes. I told the lady guard that I had her put the shoes back. The lady guard said that was fine. We went and gave our business to J.C. Penny. I had bought several pairs of shoes at this Ross in September. They have lost my business!
