Another shoe store at the mall with non-existent customer service. I was in there for about 5 minutes, walked right by the only employee on the floor and she didn't greet me or even smile at me. We were literally right next to each other at one point and SHE NEVER SAID A WORD! I just can't believe the lack of common courtesy around here. *If you work in customer service please remember that you have to greet customers when they walk into the store. You also ask if there's anything you can help them with....you say please and thank you (they're called MANNERS)...and if you don't like doing that then DON'T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had a disagreement with one of the Kohl's employees today and she decided to jump on her headset…read moreand say some not nice things about me over the radio (in Spanish). Unfortunately for her, I understood what she was saying. I know that Eagle Pass is a border city, but you still need to be respectful. I won't be coming back.

Unfortunately during my shopping experience the staff felt it was necessary to harass my husband…read moretrying to help me get different sizes in the changing room. After trying on a few different items a kohl's employee knocked on my door and told my husband that he cannot come into the changing room or even stay in the hallway to help me. I guess I won't be able to shop here any more.
