I came to this location because another auto mechanic business was too busy to help me and…read morerecommended Goodyear...my engine and traction lights came on shortly after I arrived in this city...so I wanted to check it out...AutoZone placed it on their diagnostic machine and said it was an emission issue...so I knew what it was prior to going to Goodyear...when I walked into the Goodyear store I was greeted by a young lady who immediately helped me...I told her what was going on...and told her the steps I took to fix the issues...so she asked if it was ok if she used their equipment to perform a diagnostic test...when we got to my truck and she connected their equipment...the reading showed that there were no more issues...so she reset my maintenance lights and told me if the issue comes back...don't hesitate in bringing my vehicle back...she didn't charge me anything...and she was super friendly...I will only be in this city for another month and a half...but if my vehicle needs anything...I'll definitely come to this location

My wife went on Wednesday and waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru only to be told they had the order but it wasn't filled. They told her to come back on Friday and the person was rude. I am out of pills and it will take them a total of a week to fill the order. This will be my last time using this pharmacy. There have also been other bad experiences.

I can not only say with full confidence, but with certainty as well: all of my expectations were FAR EXCEEDED with the staff and service at this Ashley's location in Eagle Pass, Texas! JOE GONZALEZ, is a genuine consultant, he listened to my needs and answered my questions DIRECTLY. Even if it was an answer that carried a "negative" connotation along with it, he stated the truth. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products, and he believed in the products he was informing us about. It was the furthest on the spectrum of sales from a "pushy sale", and that made my wife and I, as a consumers, overjoyed and willing to come back for a lifetime.! Lets be honest for a second, I was thoroughly convinced i would be purchasing a mattress on amazon prime it had astounding reviews and it was $700. We would have never had to leave our house and the mattress had over 1000 reviews with a 4.5 star rating. It sounded so amazing, BUT after speaking with Joe we are so glad we made our purchase at Ashley's! Three things I can assure you: 1. You guys at this store, and Ashley's in general, have made a LIFETIME CUSTOMER of me. 2. I will refer anyone and everyone to this location preferably with Joe but I can't say anyone else we met there was unpleasant at all! 3.
