This all happened in a Monday when all bike shops are closed. Tuesday morning I was at this shop with my new tire and old tire, already taken off my bike. These guys were awesome!!! They had my tires swapped out in under 30 minutes. Only charged me $30 too. Would cost me twice that in the DFW area. Excellent customer service and super fast!

I own 3 bikes (road, tri, and mountain). They can do all three types but I have yet to see them sell tri bikes, and I'm more of a triathlete than anything. They're all very personable and willing to get to it ASAP. Only reason they're getting 4 stars is because I showed up on a Saturday morning (hours are 10am-4pm on Sat) at 10:05am and they weren't open. Waited for another 20 minutes or so then they showed. Not bad, but it is a Saturday and is expect they be open right away.

Went over today to get my chain fix since it fell out. Tom was great! He even waited for me…read morerather than going to lunch, had the chain linked in 5 minutes, very reasonable pricing, very easy process. I even bought a spare link just in case. Got home, un-linked the chain like he told me, put it on my mountain bike, re-linked, and I'm ready to go, as soon as the rain settles down. THANKS TOM! Great work!

Left a message on their machine and Oscar called me back ASAP. He towed my bike from the hotel to his shop and fixed me up. What made it extra special was his wife, Alma. She and everyone was so gracious accommodating. Left after paying a reason bill and then 15 miles later had another flat. Oscar came right out and fixed me up again. I will forever stop by every time I'm in the area. They do custom bikes and have a super cool shop.

This is store is very unorganized, no sales associates to be seen anywhere but hanging out in the…read morevery back of the store on the clothes racks cursing about their job and people they work with. Seriously? Clothes on the shelves are mixed and thrown around. No one to assist in the shoe department, people pulling boxes left to right and no one to organize crap. Everyone looks mad, my family and I were not greeted just stared at. Need to smile more often or just leave, if you don't like your job and the people you work with. Not inviting place whatsoever.
