Took my truck to get a simple inspection took almost 1 hour to give me back a Fail due to not tinted windows, the funny thing about that is the tint is the same one from last year and they passed it. Went to the shell on veterans dr and had no issues. Thanks for wasting my time read more

I showed up at 930 on my lunch break from Walmart hoping to get an oil change, there were people in the waiting room so I just asked how much it would be and told them I can come back at 2 to get my oil change because they have their lunch hour at 1-2 and I got off work at 1230. They said that because Walmart is just a half mile away, they can give me a ride to Walmart and drop me off and that they would do my oil change and call me when its done and when I get off at 1230 to call them and they would come the .5 miles to Walmart and pick me up and bring me back to the Auto Care Center where Id pay and be on my way. Up to that point things were great, until they all went to hell. I never got a call from them so I called them at 1237 after buying some quick groceries I needed. I told them I had never gotten a call and he said they were going to come get me but to just give him 5 minutes to find someone and they would call me back in 5 minutes. 13 minutes later at 1255 I still hadnt gotten a call so I call back, and they tell me that he could come pick me up but then I couldnt pay until after they get back from lunch because the system is down from 1-2 when they are at their lunch unless I pay over the phone. I give them my debit card over the phone, he says it goes through, and he says he will go pick me up and call me when he gets there. I sit outside Walmart for a half hour, never get a call, no one ever shows. I try calling, no one picks up, so I carry my groceries the half mile from Walmart, show up to Precision Tune Auto Care, to find my car unlocked in their parking lot. I wait 20 more minutes until they show up at 1. I go in, ask for my keys and receipt and simply ask them why they didnt come pick me up. They claim they didnt know what I was talking about and I just get frustrated and told them I was told THREE TIMES I would be picked up and never was and had to walk and told them its disrespectful and horrible customer service. They denied it and I just walk out. Well Fernando follows me out and starts yelling at me to show him more respect. He said I didnt even know who I talked to on the phone, I look at my receipt see that it says Fernando as the Cashier. I realize it was him they two times I called. I call him out on it and he then starts yelling and i quote, "I dont know how you guys do it in Nevada but here you have to show me respect" I tell him the respect I deserved was to be picked up like I was told 3 times I would and to not have me car be unlocked while no one is there. He then said, "Every car in this parking lot is unlocked but you need to show me respect. Ill f%ck you up! Ill f$ck you up." I got in my car and left. So, if you want to be lied too and be told you could be picked up 3 times and then after being dropped off have to walk with your groceries to find your car unlocked in a parking lot that has no one there and then be called a liar and then be threatened and told your going to be f%cked up, then be my guest read more
