Visited this place based on the recommendations of some locals and this gentleman has great customer service along with his son. They did the work with care and consideration and did a great job on my 2500 Dodge Ram 4x4 alignment. I will surely be back again! The value was great for the work they did and took care of the alignment with accuracy and safety. Will be back in 5000 miles for my next alignment. It's a little bit out of the way from town but worth the little short drive. You won't be disappointed. Even if driving from Carrizo springs or Crystal city or surrounding area, this is worth the drive! read more

Overall, I'd give this Discount Tire location 4 stars only bc I got a good deal on 4 tires and…read morebecause no one else (Walmart/goodyear) had the ones I needed and bc the work itself was done well with no complaints. My biggest issue was the customer service. The technicians outside had the 1,000-yard stare ‍...not a peep or a thought behind those eyes. Thankfully, the manager came out, greeted me, and got everything moving. The employee who helped me inside was efficient but not particularly friendly, while the lead next to him was excellent with his customer. The pricing and service earned the 4 stars, but I think the outside technicians could benefit from a little more customer service training. A simple greeting goes a long way.

I recently had new tires installed at the Discount Tire on Veterans Blvd in Del Rio…read more Less than 10 miles later, while driving on US Highway 90 in Del Rio, the valve stem on the passenger side tire completely came out. I lost all air instantly and it forced me off the road. This created a very dangerous situation that could have easily caused an accident. I'm extremely disappointed. A valve stem failure this soon after installation feels like a basic quality control issue that should never happen. I trusted Discount Tire with my safety, and this experience fell far short of what I expected. I hope the store reviews their installation procedures and valve stem practices so this doesn't happen to anyone else.

He and his staff are amazing, they are knowledgeable, helpful and eager to please. (Alejandro was the one who helped us). The whole experience was easy and smooth, the guys in the shop were professional and really seemed to care about our vehicle, 5 new tires, mounted and balanced (including spare) in just over an hour. I would highly recommended these people to anyone.
