I will never order from this place!! my aunt told me lots of people have complained about Lili's . I called Lili's flower shop to confirm if they had the flowers of the arrangement I wanted for my uncle's funeral service...they said they did. They never delivered what I ordered. I spoke to the owner & she had pictures of what she sent, verses the handful of relatives that concurred my arrangement was NEVER delivered! My husband and I live in Las Vegas and my mother-in-law was in the Hospital and I called Lili's flowers and asked for a colorful bouquet to be delivered to her. Within 2 hours my mother-in-law called and the flowers were beautiful. They were very helpful, and I appreciate the fast service. read more

Writing this review has taken me a while because it's upsetting and because it requires time I don't have, however, I think it's important. I am posting a photo of what I ordered from Lili's website and what my loved one actually received. What I ordered was an arrangement, a medley of plants, but what I got was one big plant. I even upgraded to the larger size. I could have just as easily had Lowe's deliver a plant to her. I did call the shop to get an explanation but never heard back. I DO NOT recommend this shop, they spoiled the occasion for me and will do the same to anyone looking to them in the future. I highly recommend using Lili! My Aunts funeral was a quick turnaround and with making travel plans we forgot to order flowers. The afternoon before services (taking place the following morning) I decided to take a chance and see if I could get something for our loved one. Lili's made me feel comfortable, were welcoming, and created two large arrangements in my time need -- and last minute! They didn't charge me a rush fee and delivered without hesitation amongst their busy and lively work room. The morning of, they turned around a ribbon for me that I forgot to ask for in the frenzy of my family, toddler, saying goodbye. I placed an order to be delivered to the Lucky Eagle casino on January 16th, 2022. It was a bouquet of roses for my mother's birthday. Come to find out they straight up forgot to deliver my order and missed my mom's special day. They did compensate me by giving my mom free chocolates and extra balloons and they did deliver the next day. My mom received them, and it was a beautiful bouquet. My advice is to call them an hour before closing to make sure they deliver your order. read more

I'm VERY particular about my flower arrangements and i'm not afraid to return them if they do not meet my expectations, but Lili's Flower Shop never disappoints! They make the most beautiful arrangements and only use high quality flowers and materials. Hands down the best flower shop I have EVER been in!!! And I've been in quite a few. I was intrigued in the shop as soon as I saw their wonderful window displays. (I've been driving by this place for a while as it's pretty much next door to where I work In eagle pass.) As soon as you walk in the door you are overwhelmed with the wonderful smell of flowers. Regardless of how bad of a day you're having, as soon as that smell hits you, your day has just become 10 times better. It's what I would imagine rainbows would smell like. Absolutely wonderful!! For being a small shop in a small border town, I was very impressed with the amount of different types of flowers that they carry and they are extremely fresh. They have a ridiculous assortment of bouquets and arrangements to choose from. And if you want something custom, the staff are extremely accommodating and super friendly. Just placed an order with this flower shop today and I am completely disappointed. The flowers delivered look nothing like the flowers in the site. When we called to complain, the lady said she could go back and pick up the flowers and give a refund. Obviously it was too late for that. These flowers went to an elderly, very ill aunt. I wasn't about to have the flowers taken away. But the reasoning from the store on the terrible flowers was that they ran out of the flower in the pic and replaced it with a more expensive flower. I told her it would have been better to use cheap flowers if it had filled the bouquet. Terrible job. I will post a pic. To top it off, they also forgot to deliver a teddy bear. Flower shop then said they'd deliver the bear with a balloon and rose. Completely ridiculous and terrible service. No partial refund or anything. do not order from this place online! i got charged $66 dollars for an arrangement that is not what was on the picture. the arrangement was meant to have two types of roses, daisies and other yellow/orange flowers. i specifically said no carnations and also added 3 balloons for $8. this was supposed to be a medium sized arrangement for my mom's birthday. when the flowers were delivered they had no balloons, no roses, small daisies and tons of carnations. really? $66 for carnations and daisies? we all know carnations are super cheap! the colors of the flowers were off and it was a small arrangement...everything was off. did they really think i was not going to find out just because i ordered online? come on! they are ripping people off by sending carnations and cheap flowers and charging top price for it. unacceptable to mess with the flowers meant for your mom's birthday. i will never order from here again (they had already done it once before and i still gave it another chance.) i will make sure to spread the word about this as well.... horrible experience. read more
