Located across the street from the beach are 6 pickleball courts (1 permanent, 5 non-permanent courts) where enthusiasts gather every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 8a-noon for recreational play. There are no challenge courts; all courts are open play. Simply put your paddle up and wait to be called upon. This is a great place to learn with a various levels of pickleballers. Parking can be found out front, on the street, or across the street at the beach. Fridays are street sweeping days, so be careful! For an optimal experience find Lani and tell them Lance sent you!

And they declared it a sing along. You could hear sod singing during the songs, which was good since it didn't drown out the actual songs. My one complaint is that they need a better sound system. The DJ who played ahead of the movies had a much better sound system. It was hard to hear at first and then got slightly better. But such great songs need to be played at full volume. There's street parking and different structures you can park in as well. It's also on the second floor of a plaza, pretty easy to find. The inside is designed weird bc the front desk isn't obvious and you have to turn a corner to find it? There was only 1 person working that shift when I arrived. Apparently other people reserved 8pm too but they all were late so my social lane ended up being just me for a while before others joined. Sebastian did a great job of explaining the rules and he was super nice always coming around to check on me and the group of friends I randomly bumped into. He was very attentive and kind and funny! This is a great activity either for date night or a friends night out! I would definitely come come back with friends and utilize the Groupon again!

They also have a key to the bathroom, which is around the corner. Even though we were 20 minutes early, they let us get on the water bike after a quick instruction. Riding on the water bikes was really fun! We rode around the bay and the water was choppy sometimes but as you get inside the bay, the water is calmer. A trick is that if you feel the water is too choppy, start paddling - the water will calm down with the pedaling. There are several boats around which provided live music for us. The bike has two cup holders and a front container to put your phones and small stuff in. We had a great time. They share a parking lot with nearby restaurants which offer 3 hours of free parking. That is a huge plus for something near the beach! We will be back next time to try a glow ride.

This was exactly what I needed. I got some exercise and some nice views. I enjoyed myself very much and would definitely do it again. Right after I was done I was straight the bar for much needed refreshments. Yay!
