It was worth the small fee not to have to waste precious hours of vacation time shopping. Plus we had no vehicle so a trip to the stores would've had to been done via taxi. Ravi made sure everything was to our satisfaction before he left. When we were leaving the island, we asked Ravi if he knew of any luggage concierge services and he offered to bring our bags to the airport for a very reasonable fee. Not sure if he's going to offer this service in the future but it sure was a great convenience and we were able to enjoy the last few hours of paradise without having to lug our bags around. A+ and highly recommended!

She left me with ZERO time to book someone else and completely RUINED our plans. I was DEVASTATED! To this day she has never called or texted. I booked a private dinner for my family of 12 to be served in our large rental. It was a busy time between Christmas and New Years and we both understood this and between emails and text messages worked out what we needed. Just a few details left and I told Cynthia I would be in the Keys Friday Morning. Our last communication was Thursday with no indication she was not interested in catering our dinner. I contacted her Friday morning at 9:30am when I landed in Miami as our private chef meal was scheduled for Saturday night in the Keys where we were staying. I texted and called 3-5 times throughout the day with ZERO response. Cynthia COMPLETELY GHOSTED ME!!!! We had a sunset cruise booked and then home to our beautiful rental. Impeccably Gourmet RUINED our experience. She never called, texted or emailed to cancel. Friday night I sent a text asking her to please verify if she was coming or not. NO ANSWER! Saturday morning, the day of my booked private dinner, I was left with no other choice but to send a text stating since she was ghosting me, I assumed she cancelled the event. Again, NO ANSWER. We had to make last minute dinner plans at a restaurant for a party of 12 in the Keys on a Saturday night. Soooo difficult and totally devastating. I would not trust this company to follow through. I do not recommend hiring Impeccably Gourmet. This review makes me sad, I would have loved to have written a rave review. Edit: see the most recent text screen shot. I also have our emails I can post if you'd like. You were totally on board for catering my dinner. I asked if you needed a deposit and you never asked for one. Your wedding was Jan 1st. You never called or texted me on Jan 2nd, or Jan 3rd. You also never gave me any indication you wanted to cancel my dinner. You simply ghosted me.

The registers never pick it up on their own and you have to get an associate to manually adjust it. The first time we dealt with this issue we had the nasty manager Vivian help us and oh god the amount of attitude she had. She made us wait around for when she was ready to help us (aka get off her phone) and when she did finally help us she was so rude about it. Other times we deal with much nicer associates who are ready to get the deal set up in the system. One time we came in to get some drinks for Fourth of July and the manager wasn't having it and kicked us out. Not just us but all the shoppers coming into the store. She literally yelled as us all that they were closed (people were still in the store, they still had an hour left of being open) but they couldn't handle the amount of customers I guess. Like I said, they're nothing compared to Publix. It's really the only option in the area so I guess they don't care about how they operate but they could do so much better.
