I absolutely love Dallas Nutrition for either their Energy Teas before a gym sessions, or, a Protein Shake for after. They have a number of unique flavors with clean ingredients. They don't use any added sugars or artificial dyes so it genuinely is a place for most! I had Watermelon Splash today which was so delicious! It's refreshing and truly does give me that extra push at the gym. When you think of protein of anything go that sort that's typically tied into supplements for gum go-ers, you may think it's grainy, chalky, thick, and overall is not pleasurable. Dallas Nutrition truly uses products that won't stray you away. All that aside, the shop is very clean, it's spacious, warm, & welcoming! Parking is in a plaza so I never have an issues locating a spot that's right near the front door. If you're ever in the Hiram or Dallas area, I highly recommend visiting.

They cleaned it up quickly and even made me a new one. They also go above average for your birthday smoothie. Inside there are a few small tables and the place is clean. The only downside is how loud the blenders are, which makes it difficult to hear when ordering and sometimes you have to wait a little while because everything is made fresh.. I enjoy this place so much that I would not remove a star for that.

The selection here is what stood out most--there's a unique variety of health-focused products you don't always see in bigger stores, making it feel curated rather than overwhelming. Whether you're already deep into wellness or just exploring healthier options, it's easy to find something that fits your needs. I also grabbed a smoothie while I was there and loved it. It tasted fresh, well-balanced, and not overly sweet--clearly made with quality ingredients rather than shortcuts. This is the kind of place you're happy to discover and end up telling other people about. I'll definitely be back.

A customer can get a sense of whether a business wants them at their establishment. Everyone that was held ahead of us receive the same blank bland look from the person creating the smoothies. I am all for wanting your customers to know your product, but let's be serious. There are dozens of smoothies up on the wall. I love that. I love that there are combinations I might not think of. Don't act like anybody coming off the street for the very first time should know exactly what they want when looking at a board with hundreds of options. Also, when the person ordering says kids sizes for the kids and a small for me that doesn't mean kid sizes for the kids and a medium for me. I graciously paid for it and did not finish it as I thought I would not be able to. We will not be returning, we will settle for our own homemade smoothies unless we go further away from Hiram in Dallas.

Everything is just listed and it's not broke down like a planet smoothie or some other shops. I wanted something with some high calories also but none of the shakes show the breakdown either so that's a downside. A plus is you get to pick your fruits and proteins in the shakes and there are a ton of varieties so the options are nice. The price is higher then most shops. It was over $8 for a medium drink. I can very easily go to another smoothie shop for a better deal. Nice choices, and the flavor was food but this wouldn't be my idea spot.

I tried the tiramisu, creamy caramel, dalgona, coconut, and strawberry. Tiramisu and dalgona were the best (imo). Coconut was really good as well. Strawberry was oddly bitter and not good at all. My fav is the dalgona with cheese foam. They have a small selection of Korean chips and snacks, which was nice. They also have croffles and garlic cheese bread. It would be awesome if they expand the food offerings in the future. While it's a little in the middle of nowhere (for me anyway) I'm glad there is a place like this because there's not much variety on this side of Atlanta, in the Paulding area anyway. I can't speak to the boba drinks, but the orders coming out for other customers looked good. I love Vietnamese coffee and this was a good place to satisfy that craving, without having to drive over to Duluth lol.. Employees are friendly and helpful. The vibe inside was nice. Cozy chairs and a different game at each table. There was a small mistake in pricing (was supposed to get 20% off the coffee order, but the cashier forgot), but the store responded quickly and resolved it very nicely. Overall, a solid place to get a quick drink.
