They make their ice cream in house and have sooo many flavours to choose from, including a bunch of unique ones and homemade waffle cones that smell amazing when you walk in. The cookie dough flavour was super creamy with big chunks throughout, and the biscoff was honestly one of the best I've tried! really rich and flavourful without being too sweet. Together they were such a good combo. And the waffle cone made it even better because it tasted super fresh and crispy. You can tell the quality of the ice cream is really good. It tastes homemade and rich instead of tasting icy or artificial. I totally get why this spot is always busy and why so many people love it. The staff were really friendly too and the line moved pretty fast even though there were lots of people coming in. That's one thing I noticed even when it's packed, they're super efficient. No taste testing necessary! I was a bit disappointed with the bland flavour of the pistachio ice cream, but I did like that there were bits of nuts in it. The peanut butter ice cream was PERFECT!!! It had a strong peanut butter flavour, without being overly sweet. Love how there were rice puff blended in to elevate the texture. In fact, it was so good that we bought a tub to bring home! I really appreciate that they had benches for people to sit on inside the shop, as outside was a bit too cold for me that night.
