So it's nearly bed time and I was wrapping up just a couple dishes to save hot water for my evening shower before bed!! Not only did they come out and fix my problem but also found a gas leak I had not known about and fixed that. the Technician David was a complete professional and got to work right away even with it being so late in the day. Kyle and Matt came out to add/run a shut-off valve, performed a service on our expansion tank and added a carbon filter. They were so professional, courteous and friendly. Had an old water heater replaced , it had probably been in use since the 70's, so Kyle had to remove and modify the location to fit the new heater.
