When issues have come up, they are always very responsive, from the person taking the call, to the tech in the field. Their technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and work with a great deal of efficiency. We have had zero issues with mess, call-backs, billing, etc. They are a very well run operation, that represents "small business" in the Valley very well.

The weather didn't cooperate entirely so MJM maintained a flexible schedule and called me daily to provide updates once the project was started. After calling other companies who weren't able to come out right away, Valley Mtn had someone available to send right away. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'll never call them again…read more Rather unfortunate first and last experience with Rock Solid Plumbing and Heating. We requested a quote for them to come out and check our propane system to see if we can have a line plumbed up to install a heater register and they scheduled us, then they called the day of to let us know "we don't do that work or intend on getting the materials to do that kind of work". This is heating & plumbing. No worries, I'll give my money to literally any other plumber. It'll be an awfully cold day in you know where before I contact them again. Wasted my time and wasted my money by having me call out of work today so I could be here just for them to cancel my appointment. Terrible customer service. Maybe if they invested some of the resources they've invested into catchy commercials into their product this review would've been different. In order to better meet the needs of the community they should adequately market to their skills and services. You're not a plumber if you don't do basic plumbing work. False advertisement.
