It was towards the end of the night for them on a weekday, and I just wanted a gin soda. It's a rare occasion for me to he asked whether I want a single or double. So I enjoyed that, and noticed how big the place actually is. I feel like the only thing it's missing is a pool table, haha (unless I missed it). They have an excellent happy hour that I would love to try if I was in the area, but it's kind of far from home. Based on recent reviews, things do seem to be mixed, and I didn't try the food. But I most likely will the next time that I go, whenever that is. I appreciate it the friendly staff, the music, and the vibe of the place and I would recommend it to anyone in the area for drinks at least.

As far as the food, it was good but nothing exceptional, the pierogies were the best thing we tried, the so called "best wings in Moco" were a let down, dry and stringy while the grilled chicken sandwich was quite dry but it still tasted good. Overall the experience was alright but not great or exceptional.

The service did not change throughout the time we were there. The food was good. We got the sliders, mozzarella sticks, and fried shrimp baskets. Unfortunately they all came out at the same time. This is another branch of Restaurants I like which is in the Olney Town Center in Olney , Maryland…read more . This is in the town Center Behind Capitol One Bank . And next door to other stores . They have a nice parking arwz in this shopping Center. This place is a Sports Bar Called The Greene Turtle . On the right hand side they haveva huge barista area where they serve exotic drinks to sodas . They have tables and deat dining area in from of the barisa . Ib the right they have a huge dining area . They have this place very decorative. . They have different ways of menus . They have paper take out names and catering . They have it online n their websites on computers and cell phones. They have regular menus dor eating here at the store . Behind the barista bar area they have a huge kitchen area to make and perform their magic to make your best foods you could ever want or ever find anywhere else . Its been nearly 6 to 7 years since I've been back here . Today is this first time I've been back there 04 10 2026 . The have stuffed animal machines to entertain kids too . But to increase business, I have ideas such of boosting business such as my yelp review to bring communities back as it should and must be again. Plus maybe they should hire karaoke entertainment for all ages kids and adults alike can enjoy while being there. Ths place has an outdoor patio in good weather times. This place has great foods of all kinds subs Speghetti and so much more there . At the tables they have mini tvs to watch Sports . They have huge GHTVS TOO To watch Sports and other things . This place has a great staff . I applied here countless times without hearing word. I want jobs to be at without being judged , Feared or used bad politics against without seeing what people like me can do to be great assets to the team there. For too long also been divided for so long politically and more . Ever since the pandemic the behaviors were unjustifiable, Inexcusable Reprehensible, Unlawful, And down right wrong. Behaviors like that should never be Tolerated in any place of business . We have a chance to prove we are the better men. This is our time to prove it . Even though business has been slow we need to come back as a community to pick business up again . This is supposed to beca place of Family and community oriented atmosphere to make everyone feel welcomed, At Home, And make them feel like family there. I loved coming here before the pandemic , I hope to come back soon once again . If you love this place as I do, This place is for you. We all look forward to seeing you all there very soon once again. Ill try to get my family and orher involved to going to the Greene Turtle once again to boom business again to popularize it again .plus bring karaoke there to entertain kids and adults there to increase business agajn . I think thos Greene Turtle should Receive landmark historical significance to protect it by law for future Generations to come too.

Had a late lunch at The Creek Lodge Bar & Grill on Friday, July 4th. We enjoyed sitting outside,…read moreand the service was good. The food was mostly good. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his Reuben on a gluten free bun. I tasted it and thought it was good, but would have been better if the bun had been sliced and grilled (given that Gluten Free bread was not available). The roasted Brussels sprouts we shared were good, but could have been more roasted. The garden salads we had were fresh and delicious. The Gluten Free Margarita flatbread was disappointing: it wasn't cooked long enough so the mozzarella wasn't melted, and it had very little flavor (if it weren't for the fresh basil, it would have had no flavor). We took home the leftover flatbread, added garlic and Italian seasoning, and reheated it in the toaster oven until the cheese was melted and the flavors cooked in - then it was really good. We wondered if maybe the regular chef wasn't there since it was a holiday, but didn't mention anything to our server - we weren't looking for a discount given that we still ate all the food. However, on his way out (after paying), my husband gave some feedback to our server, and then the manager insisted on giving us a discount card for our next visit. So we will return, and give it another try.

Okay first things first, I'll say the food is AMAZING here!! Came with my boyfriend looking for…read moresome late night food and this was the only thing that wasn't fast food open late. It was JUMPIN' this night! It was a Saturday - they had a DJ, waitresses dressed in matching outfits, and it was packed in there. Disco lights went crazy. Somehow we were able to get a table and sat down to order food. We thought we could get good margaritas here but the only flavor they offered was lime unfortunately. Our food took a really long time to come out but when it did, omg it was worth the wait. It was hot and you could tell everything was fresh and quality. Side note: knowing Spanish will help a lot when coming here. It's a mainly Spanish speaking establishment. Luckily, I'm Latina so I could communicate with the waitress once I noticed her English wasn't strong. All in all, this is a good spot for good Mexican food and late night food. I just give it 4 stars for the lack of cocktails...they didn't have a lot of what showed on the menu (pina coladas, etc.) and for the long wait for food when most people were just drinking at the bar.

While waiting to get it fixed we Found Antojitos, a little Mexican cantina in an older strip mall. It was early aftternoon, and there were several groups of men and families eating and drinking. I sensed that they had been there for awhIle, and intended to stay longer, as if this www how they usual spent their Saturday afternoons. Scanning the menu for something interesting my eyes caught the word Mondongo. Reading the menu details ( in Spanish only) I conFirmed that this was a rich tripe stew. I think my son had a steak and egg burrito. Our meals took a while to arrive. Maybe 20 mInutes. The Mondongo was served in a large bowl. The rich orange broth was brimming with large chunks of glistening honeycomb tripe. I Waac also thrilled to encounter chunks of cartilaginous knuckle bones, and a medley or recognizable and non recognizable fruits and vegetables. First, the broth. It was rich with Umami suggesting hours of boiling down pigs feet and knuckle bones. It had a tomato background, but also tasted of pumpkin, and even roasted pumpkinseeds. There was a hint of masa harina reminiscent of tamales. I couldn't identify the other flavors, maybe star anise or allspice. There were big chunks of yuccaa, and plantain slices skin and all. There was some green, maybe chayote. But the Honeycomb Tripe. The three times washed washed cow's stomach was soft and soothing. For the FIRST TIME EVER, I enjoyed a bowl of stomach without any odor or flavor of offal. I keep trying without success to replicate that recipe. Fortunately we have another soccer tournament in two weeks. I'll be back. Jim L

The hostess seemed to avoid eye contact for about five minutes even though we were standing right in front of her. It felt a little like we had shown up too early for a surprise party that was clearly not for us. Once we were seated, everything improved. Our waitress, Paige, was attentive, thoughtful, and made the experience feel genuinely warm. We started with the mussels, which were exceptional; meaty, creamy, and delicious, with bread good enough to make restraint feel optional. We also had the mini Paloma oyster shooters, which were fun and memorable. I ordered a seasonal cocktail with very little simple syrup, since I usually do not like sweet drinks, and they got it exactly right, which is rarer than it should be. For the main course, we had the seasonal surf and turf special, an 8 oz filet mignon with crab meat over asparagus and succotash. The crust on the steak was excellent, the vegetables were perfectly seasoned, and the filet was cooked exactly as ordered. We finished with their newer take on key lime pie, which was very good and nicely balanced; not too sweet, not too tart. We spent just under $100 per person, so this is not an inexpensive night out. That said, the food quality and service largely justify the price. Overall, aside from the awkward start at the hostess stand, this was an excellent first visit. We spent just under $100 per person, so GrillMarX is not playing in the bargain bin, but the food and service were strong enough that we would absolutely come back

We wanted to spend most of our time talking so we only ordered an appetizer and drink. I got the half rack of ribs and a coke & she got the spinach dip and water. The only thing I would comment on is the fact our server kinda seemed like his shift was about to end and wanted us to hurry up and close our tab. The only reason I name it so specifically is because I have felt like this before when I used to work at a restaurant but the difference is that I would give the table their space and allow them to finish organically.
