We first met Shea and Colton after extensive research when we needed a major whole-house deep cleaning following the remodeling of our kitchen and master bathroom. The remodel involved a solid month of workers doing sawing, plumbing, electrical, and appliance installation - it was a mess! But Shea and Colton came through for us, fitting us into their busy schedule so that we didn't have to live in the post-construction dirt for long. And what a job they did! They were extremely thorough, even getting all the dust out of our shutters and the blades of our ceiling fans. The house smelled fresh and clean, everything sparkled, and it was a refreshing uplift after a month of major remodeling. They were so good that we eagerly signed them up for maintenance cleaning of our house every other week. The owner of Valerie is very nice and very, very easy to work with She sent out a woman. I cannot remember her name, but she was also very good. She did a walk-through of my home and she asked if she could take pictures before she started taking pictures. I really appreciate that not that I have anything to hide lol. The next day two workers came and I instructed them what I needed done what was a priority and what I didn't need to have done just personal items that I'd rather take care of myself they did an amazing job. They were very quick and they were very thorough. I can tell when things are clean. When I rub my hand over surface. I can tell if it's been dusted and treated with Murphy's oil soap or if they've just been barely gone over they did a great job on my toilet and my shower And my kitchen which I thought was a disaster. I was kind about it and had just asked that when they come back next time that they pay special attention to those areas. When their scheduling assistant called me she said that these were things that absolutely should have been included, and she would send the housekeeper back and that she wants to make it right and was so sorry. When the housekeeper came back. She was allegedly at my house for two hours, yet my home looked the same. These were simple things like my slider door and window tracks, baseboards, blinds, shower, light switches, bathtub, door frames... The owner reached out and had the audacity to state that if I wanted things cleaned more thoroughly that I needed to pay for a deep cleaning because there was excessive buildup. I could literally wipe my finger across the dust and that's excessive buildup that needs scrubbing? OK... When I originally booked to begin with, they told me I just needed a basic initial deep clean. Now they want me to pay double for them to come back now? They also decided to bill me without my consent, knowing that they did not provide the service that I paid for INSANE! Save your money, go somewhere else.
