I got the seafood fajitas and they were outstanding!! The atmosphere is warming and inviting. I like the Mexican ranch that comes with the chips. I do wish the chips were heated rather than being served cold. My buddy also ordered some cheese sticks and they tasted like they came out of a box. Main course was good but quality and taste of cheese sticks and cold chips have compelled me to give them four stars instead of five. I will be back next time I'm in Charleston and hopefully the chips will be warm and I'll probably explore the menu further rather than ordering cheese sticks like my buddy. Thanks.

My family loves Roca's. My husband says their fish tacos are very good and one of his favorites for fish tacos. We have been many times and always love their food and the service.

2-3x over priced. These orders of tacos cost 5-6$ each! Food quality was good, but no better than other restaurants who charge 1-2$ for the same quality taco.. Each taco meal came with 3 tacos, no sides. Costing 16$ and 17$ respectively.

My wife and I came to try the new location. When I walked in I was blown away. This is not your typical Mexican restaurant with the typical decor. This is a fancy Mexican restaurant. There is a wait to eat here. That's a good thing. The greater was so professional and courteous. They use a system where they text you on your phone and you can check your place in line through Yelp. How cool. I found a seat at the bar while I was waiting on my wife and ordered a beer and some chips and salsa. The bar tenders were working at a fast pace and doing a damn good job. The bar was spacious, clean and comfortable. My wife arrived shortly afterwards and we decided to just remain at the bar to eat so I was able to cancel my place in line through Yelp. The menu has everything you would expect from a Mexican restaurant and then some. I really like that they have a lot of fresh grilled options. Especially seafood and fish. Kudos to Roca for bringing the Mexican flair with a expanded menu option. We decided to order the fajitas texacanas for two. It came piping hot and piled high. Very fresh with a lot of flavor. There was more food than we could eat. The guacamole on the side was fresh and delicious. The staff are all pleasant and go out of your way to ensure you're having a good dinning experience.

My wife and I!

When you think of good Mexican food, usually Beaver, WV does not come to mind. However, I was…read morepleasantly surprised at the quality and taste of the food! I grew up in Tucson, AZ and I have travelled to Mexico many times. When it comes to authentic Mexican food, most (but not all) restaurants that are not close to our Southern border cater to American tastes. Pro Tip #1: If you want authentic Mexican tacos, they should be using soft shell corn tortillas and be topped with cilantro and onions with lime wedges on the side to squeeze on top. Look for the terms "street tacos" or "authentic tacos" and make sure they are topped with cilantro and onions. Pro Tip #2: If you like hot salsa, most Mexican restaurants will have it, but you have to ask if they have any hot salsa in the back. I ordered the Tacos Al Pastor (which is pork with spices and pineapple). They come on soft shell corn tortillas and are topped with cilantro and onions and have lime wedges on the side. Yay! I also ordered a lime margarita on the rocks with salt. The tacos were very good! I would order them again! My waiter was friendly and called me "corazón," which was sweet. Unfortunately, I accidentally found myself in Beaver, WV after having to avoid the last toll on the WV Turnpike, so I likely won't be able to come back to this restaurant. However, if I ever find myself back in this small town again, I will absolutely come back to El Mariachi!

I loved this charming restaurant located in a simple neighborhood. The warm, welcoming atmosphere…read moreimmediately put me at ease. The service was exceptional; I was able to speak comfortably in Spanish with the friendly waiter, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised to discover such a vibrant and inviting place, so far from my home. My quesadilla was vegetarian, stuffed with a generous mix of fresh, crunchy vegetables like bell peppers, mushrooms, and onions, and it was absolutely delicious. Finding options with truly fresh veggies is usually challenging, so this was a delightful discovery. I would love to visit again if I ever return to the area.

Voted best restaurant in Ravenswood...... by our family. And by the look of most of the other…read morereviews in Yelp, it's a favorite of other families too! It was a hot steamy 4th of July day when we made the trek to Las Fajitas. I mean, for this west coaster, the heat was brutal. I mentioned to my daughter that I can deal with dry heat, but throw in the humidity and stick a fork in me, I'm done. Heat is heat dad, she said. Deal with it. Then deal me out! But of course, I dealt with it, and thanks to the great folks at Las Fajitas, I wasn't dealt a bad hand. Ahhh a cool breeze hit us as we opened the door. That's worth five stars right there! From that point it only got better. Nothing on the menu chipped away from the LF's celestial lofty perch. Chips and salsa did their job and made us thirsty. Our drinks showed up promptly and mine, (beer of course) was frothy and cold. The orders of tacos, Fajitas, and salad, arrived at the table hot, and in the case of the salad, cold. All were spot on. I felt as if I were on the Mexican Riviera enjoying authentic Mexican cuisine. Now, to be honest, I've never been to the Mexican Riviera, but I have been to Mexico, and have eaten their food offerings. Some of which I was wary of, but not so at the Ravenswood Riviera. Our food was delicious and the aftereffects were limited to the normal..... I think you get the drift (pun intended). "Ole" to Ravenswoods finest! Enjoy what you're about to experience. Quick Tip: Las Fajitas is two stories. One connected to the other by a spiral staircase. Throughout our meal I was watching the servers struggling up and down. If you're not there to booze it up, give em a break and sit downstairs. I'm sure they'll appreciate your choice. I wonder if they ever thought of installing a dumbwaiter.
