He was seen by Sam Jr. whom didn't know what he was there for, and when told, he handed him a paper application to fill out. When asked why he had to fill out another application, he was told " We are done here without allowing him to ask any questions and escorted him out of the building ". I have never heard of an interviewer being that rude to an applicant that asked a very valid and simple question. And if I may remind this company, even if your are the Boss, you represent the values of your company. You have no idea who knows who that walks in your door. As a company that provides products and services, I would think that you would be sensitive to that with showing respect to whomever you interact with during the course of doing your job. Although, I want to Thank you for showing your colors early in the process. By this experience, It would have been a shame if he was offered the job, took it, and then found out later how you treat your employees. If asking a very valid question gets you escorted out the building without any discussion, its obvious why they are currently hiring. You can bet I will make sure everyone I know hears about this experience.

We bought the pumpkins back and boarded the wagon tractor ride for a 30 min ride through woods and fields to stop at some adorable pigs that were so eager to enjoy some carved pumpkins! Then it was back to the store with some homegrown produce and homemade cider, donuts and backed goods. Lots of animals pigs, cows, chickens and turkeys on this 6th generation family farm. If I lived closer, I would certainly be here more often to shop, meet for coffee, lunch, and so on. There are restaurants, cafés, and bakeries on the premises. You can find whatever you're in the mood for--whether you want something elegant or more casual, or perhaps something trendy. There are plenty of places to sit and sip coffee, eat a sweet pastry, and watch what's going on around you. I love everything about this market! It's incredibly diverse and lively. What a fun place to be! I don't know what else I could add. Perhaps the fact that, for the past two years, I've been buying all the tomatoes for my preserves at this very market. This year, I discovered a stall run by a very friendly person originally from Turkey. It turned out we both love making tomato preserves. To my delight, she even showed me photos of her finished jars! Her tomatoes were delicious! I hope to return to that exact spot next year. What else? For the first time on this side of the ocean, I saw a mushroom stand where you could pick out the specific mushrooms you wanted. On top of that, paper bags were provided--not plastic ones. Perfect! Ive tried the oils and vinegars pre-Covid. Lots of fun things to try and it gives you ideas of things to use with different foods. (Mayer Lemon EVOO!) Oils as a garnish or to sauté with, make salad dressings, dip your bread..the list goes on. Thing is with Covid I have no idea if you can try anything? I would say ask.. I buy blind and I just go by a description so... What's nice is they ship and they have a few other locations. If you want to give a gift to someone who loves to cook but not sure what to get them. Come here you can get a bunch of different things or get a prepared box of boxed up oils and etc. Staff is friendly and helpful considering Covid it's not a big place and they will regulate the flow of customers if it gets a bit too much. What's good about this place is where it is, after you go in here depending the time frame you can pop in to Baker Street Bakery for some bread and treats. Check out Salty a lovely boutique store or go to Cafe Sasso, Glen Edith, The Chai Guy or Pittsford Dairy for some drinks and treats. Parking is street or behind the building on Somerton.
