I had concerns about a tow truck getting into my property because Waste Management was not able to bring me a dumpster of any size...so naturally, it was a concern if a dang big tow truck could get in. Tom said he would send a guy to have a look and either they would take it right then or instruct me what I needed to do. Dan from American came out, sized up the situation, gave me a couple of things I could do to ensure his truck could get in and after I had completed those things, I called Tom and Tom, Dan and Duck Tape (nickname) guy came out, to load up the RV. In no time at all Dan and Duck Tape guy had the stinky, old, falling apart RV wrapped up and ready to roll to the dump. My bids from other companies were $1400, $2000 plus dump fees and my total bill with the dump and American came to $430...a savings of $970. These are my new favorite people on the planet. Absolute customer service and consistency. Well done guys....give me back my duck tape! :) So guys...how much to take the single wide away. Send Dan!!!

They put on my spare,…read more but tightened the lug nuts so tight (my neighbor observed it) that the tire place couldn't get one off, and it broke the stud from their efforts, Cost me a $150 for them to replace it. I filed a claim with Tri City but they never responded to me, I called the office several times about the claim and a few months have passed, and crickets. Very disappointed in their customer service and not even having the courtesy to respond.

The main thing I wanted to mention was how very kind and efficient their dispatcher was, and when the driver Josh arrived to pick up the car, he was just a sweetheart. He was very efficient and skilled, and I couldn't be any happier to recommend this business. By the way, I noticed some other views were not so positive, but I think it's always a good idea to look at dates - they are over six years old, and from my experience, things have definitely changed! AAA was unable to find an Affiliated Provider to tow my broken down car -- stranded off the freeway…read moreon EB I-40 climbing the brutally steep grade 7 miles before Williams -- back to the dealer in Prescott. The front wheels on my car had automatically locked (a feature or a bug?), and the initially-contacted Provider refused the gig claiming to be afraid of damaging the car getting it up on a flatbed -- the only trucks they use. Fred with High Desert Towing in Chino Valley eventually was contacted by AAA and accepted the gig (he told me that non-Affiliated Providers like him are a last resort, which actually impressed me about AAA since my past couple of experiences with them had been horrible). Anyway, Fred was extremely articulate, courteous, efficient, and answered all of my annoying questions as if he was training me to do the job. He employed "skates" to get the car's front wheels up the ramp and onto the flatbed without damaging it. Thanks, Fred!

This might have been what you were you referring to in regards to your normal two step process that eventually became, the master mechanic was looking at the process the entire time. Normally, The two step process is as follows: Hand tightened lug nuts in a crisscross start shaped pattern. That seats the wheel evenly! that never happened. Then the torque at specs. You know as well as I do the mechanic never set the wheel properly. This idea of the experience mechanic watching does not make any sense. If he was watching, and he was not, that has no impact of physically putting the wheel back on! You write well an must have been a very good story teller in school. I give you an A for that story! You know as well as I do, that I did not travel over 5 thousand miles in one month. That would have been one long trip. So whoever logged those miles might be the same person who set the pressure on the torque! Not so good with math!!! Sir, I don't appreciate being called a liar!! The tow truck driver, who was supposed to tow the vehicle never did. I told you that was were the vehicle was going not was there. Where you made up me telling you was locked in a yard-- not!! The tow truck driver never showed up because he claims the truck he sent had to flat tires in the back. Action Auto was the main place I took my truck in 7 years, and you never told me to change the old bolts, so if you had a concern you should have told me. Specifically during the last time you did the job on my tire in May 2026. You make absolutely no sense! Additionally, you told me anytime you change or replace wheels it is a two step process. You told me you torque and then wrench it. Then you told me after I question the process on the video that the 2nd step was the Eric was standing right there the entire time. He did even look the direction of the mechanic the entire time. I don't want to go back and forth with you, but I will say your really lacked professionalism. If I was an owner of a shop and there was any possibility that my shop was the last shop to remove an replace a tire, and that wheel came off. I would have offered more than warrantied parts. However, you don't need to worry about me i am out- I really don't think you cared at all about me! The manner in which the vehicle wheel was put back on is in question! Plus your two step process you claimed was not done. Unless the Veteran mechanic looking away from the work an' a virtually set the wheel. He's good and I like him but he is not that good.
