Anyways, I spoke with the owner John and he said he was gonna return in an hour so I decided to grab something to eat then head back since it was a decent drive from my house. Took a little longer than an hour, but things happen. When John got there, he gladly changed the cartridge for me on the spot (during after hours) and I hung out there while listening to some music on his killer setup. He was a very friendly guy that got the job done in 30 mins and for a reasonable price. My advice is to call before you go to make sure that they're open but they're a great little shop that has plenty of experience (27 years worth!) I'll definitely be returning I'm sure for all related repairs/audio purchases.
