Gabe was the one whom I initially spoke to about the project and Gilbert was the one who did the installation and they were professional and did a nice job. My circuit panel was far from the garage (where the outlet would be) but it wasn't a big deal for them and they were able to relocate some breakers in my panel to the sub-panel to make space for the double-pole 50A breaker for the NEMA 14-50 Outlet. I reached out to one technician. They charged an unbelievably low price. I then called Leo from Kai Electric to price shop. Leo picked up and was very nice on the phone. He quoted me over the phone based on my description of the issue. But he told me if the first guy was serious, it was a good price. So I called back the first guy. Through a series of unfortunate events, it became very clear to me that Leo was right. The first guy was unserious and unprofessional. I called Leo back. He came out the NEXT MORNING to confirm the price and take pictures. He sent me a reminder text the day before. They were on time the morning of. He had previously advised that I would be without power for approximately 6 hours to replace the panel. I was out for exactly six hours. He and his workers were friendly, efficient, and professional.
