Lazy lobster dinner ( to go)
    Joy B.

A local favorite! We've been coming here gir years and it's always our first stop when we get to our summer home in Maine, every summer! They have indoor & outdoor seating, as well as rooftop seating. It's a great, casual ambiance with great service & great food! It's on the water, so you have nice views. We come to lunch often by boat. I recommend the mussels in white wine sauce. Delicious & enough to share. My family orders the lobster rolls , but I prefer their lazy lobster. The fish tacos are good( 2 per order ) with a mexican vibe. You can't go wrong with anything here! It's our "go to " for lunches with friends, family dinners and sometimes to carry out & eat at home .

this restaurant is close to where I live on Southport Island. The variety of food is great and they always have specials, which are very good too The service is really good And in the summertime, you can sit up outside on the deck

Had a great dinner with friends enjoyed singing along to the great band but take note it was pretty loud...food is always to die for, they have a new chef I hear this year and it shows it very great change of food from last season but it's always good never had a bad meal!! Service is always great I admit a little slow but that was because they were extremely swamped with people with the band playing and all and not having the outside open yet because of the weather! Can't wait to get back!! That smash burger is the bomb!! Also bathrooms are outside and the nicest and cleanest in the area!!!

This is a $30 entree at Robinsons. A maybe 6 oz piece of haddock, 6 small wedges of potato, and some mush they claim is zucchini and summer squash. If I knew this was one of those rip off the tourists places I'd have ordered elsewhere. My first and last time there. Room key in pic for reference.

Can't decide on dessert??! Order all of them and share:) you will love this approach!!

Summer lunch on the dock??!! Robinson wharf is the perfect choice. Live music, super fresh seafood with attentive staff is the perfect combo.

Empty oyster plate. We ATE them all!

Food was very good. If you get on the deck, the view is very nice. Service was very good ONCE WE LEFT THE BAR. . We got buzzed to a table sooner than what the hostess had told us. 5 min instead of 10-15 mins. We initially sat at the bar and ordered drinks. The grumpy bar tender got mad at the hostess (YELLED AT THEM ACROSS THE ROOM!!) when our table was available early. WHAT! It wasn't the hostess' mistake. Give me a break. We just paid for our drinks and went to our table. Who wants to sit at a bar with a GRUMPY bar tender?

Best place on earth to eat lobsters. They are so fresh you would think they came out of boat right then and cooked to order. Super fresh and to die for.

I arrived @11:30 along with many many others! It was rainy so I sat inside and waitress arrived quickly with water. Told me the specials and I ordered the lobster grilled cheese / fries. $39 Very good! I realize it's expensive but I'm from Out of town and it sounded good but really was NOT very much lobster Live and learn. I know they pay barely nothing for a LB of lobster.

This is the closest independent restaurant to where we were staying and we had a nice meal last year so we were looking to dining there again. The restaurant was not as busy as the year prior but it took awhile before we received menus and water. We each chose pan seared scallops with corn and bacon risotto plus asparagus. What was received was overcooked scallops, corn and bacon rice, and pathetically skinny asparagus that had been overcooked. Though slow service may now be the norm these days, our server, Ben, went above and beyond by ignoring us. I reciprocated by leaving a nominal (9%) gratuity.

We had an excellent experience at lunch on a Friday in August. We sat out on the deck, which has a lovely view. The server was attentive, and the food arrived quickly. My fried shrimp was tender and not too heavily breaded, while my onion rings were the same: not too heavy on the batter, and a mild onion, not too bitter. My husband's lobster roll, while on the small size, was prepared well, with just enough mayo, and some shredded lettuce.

They get them and weight them to figure out your total. Everything except for butter is an extra. We ordered 3 2+ lb lobsters and one 1.5 lb lobster. Mine was huge and man the shell was so thick you could not even break it with crackers and we had to beg the staff to bring out something industrial and then it was even a challenge. It was amazing as these come pretty much straight off the boat to table. We just finished as the storms came crashing down. This is due. And sorry ambiance but well worth it b

I was already in a foul mood, walking in here set me into straight sensory overload. It's a bar where they sing. I am unable to get inebriated enough to enjoy bars where they sing any longer. Call me miserable, maybe I suppose. In addition to the merry old fella belting it out on the mic, we had the joy of having some drunk guy in a large group behind us try and out sing him without a microphone. He even challenged the old guy singing to a form of a duel. Anyway I was so off, I cannot remember anything about my server at all. Nothing. I do remember almost screaming and running out. I sat there trying not to lose it while my wife had the time of her life. Every song made it worse, everyone else is singing, I am dying. When the guy took a break, guess what, dickhead from the crowd goes up and takes over. Shots helped at this point and the weed is kicking in well at this point. Now I'm hungry... My food was inedible and I'm pretty sure incomplete as well. The worst flatbread in the history of flatbreads. We arrived after a day at the nearby Botanical Garden and were ready for our first Lobstah Roll back in Maine. The Good: *Happy Hour daily 3 - 5 p.m. *Clam Chowder was fine, but I thought it should be thicker for my liking. Carissa thought it was fine fwiw. *Fairly large parking lot that could get filled during busier times of the year, but parking was plentiful upon our visit. *Full bar with everything from spirits to local micro and macro brews on tap. *Amazing views from their dog-friendly outdoor dining. They also have some indoor dining upstairs during inclement weather. The Meh: *Service wasn't friendly at all from the order or pickup booth. In fact, I'd say it was downright sassy-- and not in a good way. When we asked for our lobster buttered and not dressed (i.e., mayo) we got a giant eyeroll from the maître d'. Why she cares is beyond me, since she's not doing much beyond taking orders. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ *The bartender was slightly better service-wise, but she tends to disappear and you have to wait around for her to re-appear. *Fries were whatever, but at least they were cheap. *The Lobster was overcooked and chewy, which is disappointing. However, we will say they were very generous with the Lobster itself, as we both got fairly large pieces of claws. Pro Tip: If two people want a regular Lobster roll, you're better off ordering the large and splitting it. I'm pretty sure the large was at least double the meat of the regular, and it was only $10 more. *The roll they use for the roll didn't really hold up to the moisture, as it was fairly soggy by the time it reached our table. The Ugly: *They really have the gall to charge $2 for a tablespoon of melted butter. As if paying $40-50 for a sandwich isn't enough... 0_o Conclusion: Below avg lobstah roll with great views but grumpy Gus service. Hard pass.

Raviolis were great but since they were stuffed with peas and to have them with pea sauce is a little bit too much but again it was tasty. The scallop dish was on the pricey side for just three large scallops with pea sauce. Apparently they use their homegrown peas in the garden which is organically good. Crab cakes were delicious.
