The lack of communication and effort to address this matter is unacceptable. We have been incredibly patient throughout this ordeal. It's almost November now, and we were moved back onto the property in June. Since then, we have been without essential items and have had numerous broken items. In some cases, I have had to pay out of my own pocket to replace necessary items. We genuinely hope that this issue will be resolved and that we will receive compensation for the inconvenience and damage caused. If not, we plan to seek legal action. This experience has been one of the worst we have encountered, and it is completely unacceptable. He was courteous, flexible, and willing to accommodate us. Mr. Bryant's team--Alan (Crew Leader) and Dale (Laborer) were waiting when we arrived. These young men did a fantastic job moving my son's belongings into a third floor walk-up. It was over 90 degrees and humid that day. Despite the heat and the fact that it was a third floor apartment, both young men were professional and maintained good spirits during the entire time.
