I think the store is under new owners. About 3 years ago they had really caring staff and birds were cared for and really knowledgeable. He was extremely nice and helpful and I can see he is working hard to stock his customers needs. For $5500, I would expect a healthy bird and proper shipping procedures. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The bird arrived after over 12 hours in transit with no food or water. It was clearly unhealthy upon arrival and died tragically just 5 months later. On top of the initial neglect, Sergio Camacho offered no customer service or support after the bird passed away. This complete lack of care and disregard for the animal's well-being is appalling. Save yourself the heartache and financial loss. Do not buy from this business!
