Avoid this place! Our insurance assigned us to Dr. Taylor,…read moreand in hindsight, that should've been a red flag. The office is outdated, not very clean, and staffed by only one dentist and one receptionist--which was concerning from the start. After a short wait for paperwork, Dr. Taylor came to my section, gave a quick hello, and immediately began working. He rushed through the cleaning, missed several spots, and just poked around without thoroughness. I've been seeing dentists for over 30 years, and I can confidently say he is the worst I've ever encountered. He spent less than 10 minutes on my cleaning--completely inadequate, especially since I hadn't had a cleaning in over 7-8 months. Then he moved on to my husband and spent about 20 minutes with him. In total, he spent only 30 minutes on both of us. That's simply not enough time to provide proper dental care. I do not recommend this office or Dr. Taylor under any circumstances.

However; her condition has worsened significantly and it's no longer possible to transport her anywhere - but recently she developed a worsening and very concerning dental problem which needed to be looked at. Fortunately the facility knew of a dentist who will go there on week-ends (Dr. Taylor), and he visited my mother this morning. I'd spoken to him briefly yesterday and liked him immediately, but today I spoke to him at great length after he saw my mother and he was *wonderful*. He's very compassionate and thoughtful, which I really value.

Dr. Bikoi and her team provide excellent, compassionate, comprehensive care! The office is clean, professional, modern and has exquisite amenities to make the patient care experience superlative. Dr. Bikoi and her team are honest and straightforward, I began coming here when I moved to the area and became disenchanted with providers suggesting treatment that I did not need (I had not told anyone that I was a dentist and could read the xrays). Dr. Bikoi is honest, kind, compassionate and patient friendly! You can trust the treatment here is recommended, needed, and done with the utmost professional diligence. Additionally, Anh is a phenomenal hygienest that is kind, professional, gentle and provides excellent and efficient care. A+ all around. Everything here is top notch and suitable for all the dental needs of your family and friends!

When I asked if it would be possible to just redo the fillings, I swear to you she literally mimed wiping the sweat off her brow and said "that's so much work". I would have understood if she said the old filling was too large to safely replace without potentially needing a root canal, but no she said it was too much work. Which I think is probably code for "a crown has a higher profit margin". My X-rays show significant prior work so obviously they thought they could take advantage of me. My second opinion said I needed no crowns and no Invisalign.
