I love this office. The staff is top notch. If they can fix your issue, they will. I had a broken front tooth for years. It made me self conscious about it. I refused to smile because of it. I had gone in to take care of another tooth, thinking nothing could be done to the front tooth. Because other dentist just wanted to pull the tooth, and charge a fortune to do so. They put in a temporary crown, followed 2 weeks later with a permanent crown. Now I can smile. The team that did most of the work, was like a Indy pit crew. I recommend them to anyone. read more

This is a reallllllly hard one to review. I am actually here, right now. The One GREAT note is that everyone is SUPER nice, but the niceties come at a hefty cost.... YOUR TIME!! I have been here 4 times and there is ALWAYS a long wait! My appointment was at 10. I was seen for the first time at 11:22 for a new crown after the previous one broke. The dentist cleaned up the area and the tech put in a temporary. it is 12:19 And I I am in here waiting for the dentist to okay me to leave. The process is too long. There is a lot of movement in an odd shaped office space. Yeah, I am going to look around for something that makes more sense time wise. read more

ZERO STARS BUT ITS NOT AN OPTION!!! First impressions are lasting. I should have known not to schedule with the office after calling to schedule an appointment from a referral and not getting a call back. However, considering the holidays I followed up and got the appointment scheduled. I arrived on time and checked in, because I followed the instructions online there was nothing that I needed to do but wait to be called. I waited and I waited and I waited, about 45 mins after my appointment one of the staff said let me see how long it's going to be but no update. After another 20 minutes I walked to the counter stated I was leaving and when asked why I said my appointment was at 2pm it's after 3:10. I left, called my dentist that referred me from another location who I think is affiliated with this office and expressed my concerns for the lack of patient care and customer service I received and asked for another referral which I'm still waiting to hear back from. Hopefully this doesn't end up with needing a whole new dentist all together. If you're looking for service don't use this office because they have no regard for your time or care for you as a patient. Also , the staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism having personal and private conversations that can be heard in the waiting room. Spend your money were you matter!!!! Find a different office. Update: Several hours after my appointment and I walked out of the office, I received a call from Tim. He apologized and I verbally expressed my disappointment. i've been twice, and can easily say this is my favorite dentist. Both visits have been relatively quick, and the extractions were done with such quick care. All of the staff i've interacted with were kind & happy to answer any questions. I could not recommend this dentist office more. The recovery on my first extraction (which was a molar and a wisdom tooth) healed nicely and quickly, so it's obvious to see everything was done properly. I ask them for a refferal because my tooth that has a tooth canal on it has an infection. Two other dentist I went to (changed because insurance ) said to get a retreat here they said just pull it . I want to keep my primary teeth I told them I want a second opinion and to get a referral to where I went to before and she said no because they are "experts" there and I don't need a second opinion and everyone is telling me to . Nice clean office and a lot bigger then you would initially think as you wait in the waiting area. Nancy the hygienist did my cleaning and she did amazing! I hadn't been to a dentist office in some time and she took her time and was thorough with my cleaning. Other two ladies that did my X-rays were nice also. Only negative thing was one of the receptionists was checking me out and in the middle she answers her cellphone. She swipes my card for fluoride treatment and then tosses receipt my way while she's still on the phone. Girrrrl, you're at work. I highly recommend Expert Smiles. They have the most caring staff I've ever experienced. They go out of their way to help with paperwork and treat you like family. The Dentist is fantastic. I've been coming to this dentist since early 2000's. I was very happy with Melinda and her crew; I'm equally as happy now with Armin and all of the people on staff. They take their time to go over options and explain things in layman's terms which is hard to find in any medical field. He's made time for me and my family when we're on a time crunch. Today, my regular dentist office cancelled on me two hours before my appointment to get my wisdom teeth pulled. My boyfriend had been to expert smiles previously so I gave them a call. They were able to fit me in same day, took my insurance, and I got the procedure done. I'm very happy I got it done and they were able to accommodate me last minute/same day because I had already taken off work and gotten care for my dog over the next few days prior to being cancelled on. I felt uncomfortable during my wisdom teeth removal procedure because the way Dr. Salimi spoke and treated me during the process was cold and rude. I had a pretty unpleasant experience getting my wisdom teeth out here. After getting several anesthesia shots, I didn't have anyone come to check on me for about half an hour. Dr. Salimi seemed unfriendly and was giving me aftercare instructions after I was already disoriented from the anesthesia. The removal was quick, but they didn't bother to clean up the blood that had gotten on my face and arms. They had me pay for the appointment and schedule the next one immediately after the surgery, when I was still disoriented from the anesthesia. They had told me to bite firmly on cotton for the next 40 minutes - Why did they expect me to talk to a receptionist with cotton in my mouth, and why hadn't that been dealt with before the surgery? They also don't call in the prescriptions ahead of time, so by the time we handed the prescriptions to a pharmacy and had them filled 45 minutes later, the anesthesia was starting to wear off and intense pain was setting in. When I went in a week later to get stitches removed, the hygienist made an offhanded comment that "it would be easier if they had just used dissolvable stitches", and seemed as if he was trash talking his own workplace? Overall, not a good experience and I wish I had chosen a different oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth removal. I won't be returning to them for any services. read more
