I finally bit the bullet and went to see various doctors, acupuncturists, etc. and I finally had to break down and go see a chiropractor about what exactly was causing my issues. After years of just assuming it was a lower, lumbar issue ... Dr. Anderson was able identify specific issues and was actually able to help me figure out that one of the major issues was my piriformis muscle that was on top of my sciatic nerve cluster. I now had a name to part of my pain. Her energy is always so positive, she's always smiling with just the best personality. I'm very comfortable with seeing her and she is more than accommodating with my schedule. I've seen some major gains recently and with her help .. I am currently well on my way to the road of recovery. Results so far: 5-10 minutes of just walking on a treadmill before having to stop due to discomfort/pain.
