I walked in there a broken man, but he has helped me overcome some serious back issues that I've lived with since my teens. It's hard to consider him just a chiropractor since he's skilled in so many areas. He not only gives excellent advice on the proper exercises and therapy for my particular condition, but I now know all about the supplements and diet that will help me the most. Before adjusting me, Ken practices something called Active Release Techniques, which is hard to describe, but easy to say that it must be the reason for his success. It makes the adjustment go so much easier, and it definitely helps to keep me aligned for a much longer period of time afterward. I used to need treatments every week, but now I'm on a once a month maintenance plan. Thanks for keeping me tuned up and pain free doc!

Simply amazing and effective…read more I've had back pain for about 10 years now due to an injury that's only been aggravated by my desk job, commuting on a bus that took an hour each way ... so it got to the point where I was laid out for days if my lower back was inflamed. I finally bit the bullet and went to see various doctors, acupuncturists, etc. and I finally had to break down and go see a chiropractor about what exactly was causing my issues. After years of just assuming it was a lower, lumbar issue ... Dr. Anderson was able identify specific issues and was actually able to help me figure out that one of the major issues was my piriformis muscle that was on top of my sciatic nerve cluster. I now had a name to part of my pain. Her energy is always so positive, she's always smiling with just the best personality. I'm very comfortable with seeing her and she is more than accommodating with my schedule. I've seen some major gains recently and with her help .. I am currently well on my way to the road of recovery. Results so far: 5-10 minutes of just walking on a treadmill before having to stop due to discomfort/pain. Now, I'm able to walk for 30 minutes without any issues and have just started to lightly jog on top of other various exercises for muscle strengthening and core development. Sure there's still some discomfort/pain but as I keep up with her program, I find myself being able to do more!
