I've also had several massages here with different therapists and have consistently had an excellent experience. Most recently, I saw Cassie for significant neck and back tension, and she was exceptional. Beyond being incredibly skilled, she took the time to understand what was bothering me, explain what she was working on and why, and recommend stretches I could do at home. She was thoughtful, attentive, and clearly invested in helping me actually feel better -- not just getting through the appointment. I left feeling noticeably better and have already booked another session with her. I've also seen Rosa, who was wonderful. You really can't go wrong here. Five stars all around!

We are an out of network office, so all coverage we have found is based on your out of network benefits. I have started to submit to your insurance and will continue to do so as you come in for visits. There will be a copayment which we will let you know once we hear back from your insurance. I would absolutely recommend having your first chiropractic visit with us. If you need any assistance scheduling an appointment please let me know. Thank you" . We went ahead and after several visits I was presented with an additional $630 bill for treatment. They had the referral and also knew shortly after of an issue but continued treatment without acknowledging it or asking for payment. Tinozzi did all insurance paperwork. If there was an error it was Tinozzi. BTW the treament called "scraping" had no effect except keeping my leg bruised for a month.
