I am thrilled with my experience with Millennium Flowers this week! I've ordered flowers for…read moredelivery a handful of times and I never remember the places I order from; I realize now that must be indicative of a so-so experience. Well, not anymore. I've found my go-to shop! After checking out a handful of flower shop pages on Yelp, I kept coming back to Millenium - I loved the arrangement photos posted by other Yelpers - especially the one posted by Maria L. On the website, arrangements looked nice, though a bit outdated, so I called the shop to articulate exactly what I wanted. That's when I was connected with Yana, who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. Yana explained that they have a great designer in-house and she was able to work with me on my price point. Today, I was pleasantly surprised when she sent me several pictures of the finished arrangement via text. She wanted to confirm that I was happy before the flowers went out for delivery. This has never happened before and I thought it was such a nice touch. As you can see from the photos, the flowers are gorgeous. Most importantly, my mom, who is retiring on Friday, absolutely loved them!

It was easily done on their website, and they delivered the next day. The delivery fee was fair 12.95, and a $5 tip for the driver. The flowers were called "Designer's Choice Vibrant Bloom" and showed a picture with yellow, orange, purple, and green colored flowers. It stated a bouquet using garden flowers in an uplifting and vibrant color palette. I was not happy with the flowers they first sent; my fault, I could have been more helpful in describing what I wanted, but they made it right immediately! They are a class act and deserve my praise and gratitude. I will use Bakanas again, and I appreciate them for their attention to customer service. I would definitely recommend them. Great customer service, beautiful flowers, prompt delivery. Glad I found them.

It is a small quaint store nestled quietly in the town of Maple Shade not to far from the Betsey Ross Bridge. Pat, the owner, told me about some of the different services she offers her clients. She showed me wedding bouquets, flower girl bouquets, and holiday arrangements. I even had the opportunity to hear about some of her past orders, she did a lovely Phillies inspired wedding floral arrangement that I thought was soo cool. She explained how she maintains the integrity and beauty of flowers which I thought was pretty cool. Usually when I buy flowers I'd opt to just grab some from a generic place that sometimes doesn't specialize in flowers. So to have the one on one feedback was a personal touch to my shopping/browsing experience. If you're in the Maple shade, Cherry Hill area I'd say stop by or give Watson's Florist & Gifts a call. Placed an order on Sunday night for a Monday delivery less than 7 miles away from this location…read more The store didn't get working on this order until that Monday at 4pm. The business I was trying to deliver this order to closes at 4:30. In what sense does it make to start on delivery orders at 4pm? Not to mention, when the order was finally placed for delivery, their delivery service people never dropped off my order. That money would've been better off just being thrown into a fire.

I understand substitution policy, but the flowers my sister received was nothing like the picture I selected. I wanted something celebratory, consisting of bright colors -- what my sister got belonged in a funeral home! The web site claims 100% satisfaction or money back -- it's a big thorny lie! I emailed the florist: When I didn't get a response, I called. The worker said the manager/owner doesn't come to the store much, but will relay the message... it's been 3 months and still no response.

She made beautiful boutonnières for the groom and his groomsmen. The mom's had wristlets that were beautiful and comfortable to wear. There was a wedding arch that Rhonda decorated with beautiful fresh fall flowers. All the flowers were fresh and gorgeous. Rhonda and staff were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Rhonda was very helpful to my DIL when designing the flowers. She listened to what she wanted and was able to create a most beautiful representation.

UPDATED REVIEW: My husband submitted a complaint through email and the store manager called him the next day (today) and rectified the situation. I was informed my my friend the same day and the next day I was sent a photo. I contacted the number on the confirmation email and it defaulted to the Haddonfield location because no one answered the phone. I spoke to an awesome associate there who took my info and said she would escalate it to have someone from CH call me the next business day. TL;DR here I am 2 weeks later writing this review. Not only has no management contacted me yet, but every time I call the only person that answers the phone happens to be the same person that helped me 2 weeks ago. She can't be the only associate there? I was advised by her that she was told "you can handle this", a deflection red flag. I sent in the photo about a week ago and called again today, 4.5.22, only to be told "he will be calling you today". This associate has gone above and beyond her ability and I commended her numerous times in our phone calls. Very unfortunate that they would not have sought to resolve this immediately, especially when it comes to food products. I would have given one star, but the help I got from one associate doesn't deserve that. 4.29.22 - spoke with another associate and still no resolution.
