We had a problem with our cable connection to the water and ice maker and they sent their repair guy Glen out within a few days. Glen arrived and fixed the problem quickly. Went in and safe there. First one had wheel stuck so hard to push, second one was the same. The third and last one dipped down as I pulled it as I saw it was missing a wheel. I found out after the call she never cancelled my plan! And after reaching back out because I was still getting charged I actually was on the line with the same lady this time she hung up on me and thankfully I got someone else who was able to help me cancel afterwards but they couldn't reimburse me or have access to any recordings even though they record calls!
