I've been a patient of Dr Zajack for a year and a half and have yet to meet him. Have to find a new doctor.

Visited Dr Sujata for wheezing issue and she ordered blood work and X-ray. For the next appt to…read morereview the results scheduled time but 9 mins before the appt time they changed to zoom with a nurse and I was already very near to their office. I requested them in person as I am uncomfortable with zoom. But they asked me to pay $35 for rescheduling which is incorrect. When I asked they never informed me abt zoom apt how can I be responsible to pay the amount Today they called me and asked to change my PCP as Dr sujata is not willing to attend the patient due to busy and she sees only new patient sch. I paid for my lap reports and X-ray and Dr Sujata has not walked me through the results and they sent a copy and asked to change PCP as I canceled the appointment as this does not make sense and this shows how much due care Dr Sujata takes on a sick person who came with trust to cure a patient. Paid $35 for her first visit and for lap and X-rays and when we change PCP they ask to take the tests again. This has really caused lot of stress and time and money wastage.

Good luck getting someone on the phone. Rushed in and out…read moreon my first visit. Sujatha was going to perform a Pap smear without informing me?? Then "refused" to after I mentioned my period and having a pad on. AFTER I asked for a referral to an OBGYN. In which she referred a complete random one, AFTER I gave full info of my particular (trusted) obgyn. I showed her I had multiple questions I wrote on my phone (scared of doctors.. it's been a while).. she didn't even let me get half out.. i have been having the most painful cramps and can't see my preferred doctor, after MONTHS requesting a referral. They NEVER answer the phone, unless you're lucky. ... [update] I submitted a complaint online about the referral taking way too long. Considering the pain I was in. Only to be TERMINATED. Over trying again and again for this stupid referral. I wasn't rude, I was factual about this being overboard ridiculous. It's a fax machine. Someone on the phone once even told me I'd have to get in contact with someone over seas for this referral. Most disrespectful and opinionated office I've ever experienced. Do not come here.

I used "Dr Jimmy" for years. He was recommended to me by my boss when I transferred back to San…read moreAntonio about 2005. Full disclosure: I knew him vaguely on a personal level because we were a few years apart in high school and lived in the same neighborhood. But family health is family health- not a high scroll reunion. He was the best Primary Care I ever had. Hands down. My wife will tell you the same. Nobody else has even been close. I too recommended him to several coworkers. They all loved him. Unfortunately, with the insurance turmoil, he is no longer in my system. But I can say this without hyperbole. I am alive today in part because of Dr Jimmy. Dr Jimmy was the first to suspect my cancer despite both a VA and an FAA physical that proceeded his. I had the same complaint on symptoms in each of those. He sent me to a specialist I'd never seen before who saw me THAT DAY. He and the specialist conference called me that night at 8:30p. It was Christmas week and the specialist was leaving on a family vacation the next day. My suspected cancer was not in either his or Dr Jimmy's specialty. But they were concerned and took part of their personal time away from their families during Christmas vacation to ensure I immediately sought out a blood cancer specialist. That was 2010 and I am still here. The experience taught me that a good primary care physician who cares can be critical to getting you the proper help I critical times, not just nursing you through the flu. The staff is efficient. They are friendly, but insurance companies have rules. If you get their a little early to ensure the paperwork is ready, you will almost always be seen on time. Think about it. Why do you wait at other offices? Because you get there at 9am for a 9am appointment and THEN fill out the paperwork-- and wait. Baros &Baros has a system where the paperwork is in the nurses hand for her planning before your appointment. The nurse has read your notes BEFORE entering the room and Dr Jimmy has read her notes before walking in the room a few minutes later. So they both walk in well informed. None of this- "So What seems to be the problem today". They immediately focus on your submitted symptoms and ask questions needed to fill in the holes to get a diagnosis. Since when is that a bad thing? They are friendly, and laugh easily, but the process is front loaded for efficiency so that if your appointment requires something extra, they are not fighting the insurance company's time tables. When you need extra time, you will get it. That has happened to me many times. But insurance companies drive the time table. If your appointment is at 11a and you have submitted the paperwork for the nurse to read in a reasonable time, you will probably get seen at 11a. But your treatment starts when you submit your paperwork at the window.
