Very bizzarre experience with this man. He didn't do a good job cleaning our carpets. I caught him oddly looking around our home for an extended amount of time in an area he was absolutely not supposed be near when he thought no one was around! So so eerie.. he also left a bad body oder scent behind. Would absolutely not recommend under any circumstances. To your reply- Just because a review is negative/ 1 star does not make it inherently untrue. I stand by everything I said unwaveringly. I posted my review on yelp because business can delete 1 star reviews on Google and cannot on yelp. You've worked with hundreds of people, not everyone is going have a 5 star experience! Don't assume carpet cleaning implies any sort of suction... this is expensive shampoo and deodorizing with no removal of dirt and dander. Drying estimate was 3 to 4 hours but 4 weeks later we still had damp carpets and mold growth. The carpet smelled nicer temporarily, but for the money we felt deceived to get sloppy shampoo and deodorizing that took one hour for a basement and five rooms. We would've done a better job by ourselves for a fraction of the price. Any pieces of dirt on the floor before he arrived remained afterward except for the two vacuum canisters I emptied in two of the dry rooms. Very disappointing. read more

I had called Robert to clean carpets in a rental property which had a hint of a pet smell. Meaning that I could smell a dog had been in the home, not that it had urinated on the carpets. I purchased a sofa from a near by Thrift Store. I was told the sofa came from a smoke and pet free home. When I got the sofa home I quickly learned that was not true. The sofa reeked of tobacco. My hardwood floors (only 13 years old) were getting unusually cloudy, and were roughed up and damaged in many spots, especially by the front door. I called Robert Young Carpet Care off of an ad I saw on a Placemat and they came out for a FREE consult. The owner himself came out personally and told me about their sandless hardwood renewal of existing floors that was about 10 times cheaper than a full sand and refinish. And, since my floors were still in pretty decent shape I decided 'a stitch in time saves nine', and had them clean the floor extensively and lay down a few seamless layers of rock hard high gloss coating that really brought the floors back to life. The coating restored the shine and luster of the hardwoods like you can't believe, and the highlights, reflections and color looks much more alive as well! Definitely worth it! My orientals in the back hall as well as the foyer were also getting pretty shabby looking. Robert was able to collect them up and took them off site to thoroughly WASH, not surface shampoo, but actually WASH them and they returned to me full of original color. After I laid them down and vacuumed, they sprang back up like they were brand new. Finally, the wall to wall carpeting in my study was so dirty that I agreed to a same day, quick drying, steam clean with a professional extractor machine on those, and they came out better than I thought they ever would or could. The cleaning removed coffee spills, ground in grey/black dirt from street shoes, etc... The whole process was performed by Robert personally, and he gave me a really affordable rate for the whole job. He even called the next day to make sure everything was to my liking, with a promise to return if there was even a minor problem. Good old fashioned service! My wife is thrilled with the results, and she is definitely not easy to please. She especially LOVES her 'like new' shiny Hardwood floors again. So, Happy Wife = Happy Life. Great company. Robert does an amazing job. I have tile floors throughout my house and they were never sealed properly and were impossible to keep clean. I contacted several people about getting an estimate and Robert was the first to respond. He is very nice, professional and does an amazing job. Even weeks after he cleaned and sealed my tile floors they still look as good as the day he did it. I would HIGHLY recommend him for your tile and carpet cleaning!!! read more
