I highly recommend All Clean. I called in and explained the cleaning job I needed, which included a challenging area. Joe explained what and how he would do it the best he could without seeing the job. I requested it. On the scheduled day, Joe called when he was on his way; he and Isaac arrived at the promised time. He looked at the job, explained what needed to be done, how he planned to do it, the several options I had, and the cost. Since the solutions used in the cleaning and deodorizing process are in tanks on the truck, the process requires an entry point for the high pressure in and out hoses; for my job the hoses came in the front door, up a flight of stairs, and down a hall - about a hundred feet. You'll need to provide an appropriate entry point for your job. At each of the several stages of the job, Joe called me in to explain what was going on. All Clean will move a reasonable amount of furniture, but if you have difficult areas you may have to pay for them to move it because it may be time consuming. I recommend you ask questions before the cleaning begins. All Clean charges a $250 minimum for the visit, but one of the options I had included the most efficient use of this charge, enabling four areas total to be done. The finished job was exceptional and exceeded the expectations I had; I recommend them without reservation. read more

Aaron and Isaac (hope I have their names correct) called to confirm and showed up on time ready to work. They quickly reviewed all areas to be cleaned and provided me with the exact cost. I have used All Clean for a little over a year now and they've been here about two to three times. (I get my rugs cleaned a lot since I have a few rescued dogs that sometimes have an accident or two.) All Clean is FANTASTIC!! They are very reliable, very polite, very fair with pricing as well as very, very good! My carpets look brand new when they are done and stay that way until the next time!
