The owner was quick to respond to my phone message and the cleaners arrived on time and were professional during their time in my home. My carpets are 19 years old and after cleaning they look brand new. Pet and food stains and everyday dirt is gone. My carpets look new and fresh. Has a very professional website, but communication was poor. I stated I needed a specific date (4 days away) and the owner led me on for 3 days before saying that day wouldn't work for him. I ended up renting a carpet cleaner at the grocery store because no one else could accomodate on what now became too short of notice. He should have said at the beginning that he didn't want to do that date. read more

These guys are great! Super nice and professional. We just moved into a house where the previous owner had a dog and did not properly care for the carpets. We had them clean the carpets as well as our sectional sofa. They did not stop until everything was perfect, removing stains we weren't sure would ever come out. Highly recommend! read more

My husband and I had them come to our house and we have to be completely honest and say our experience unfortunately ended with an 'F' in customer service. They instructed us to use a dehumidifier to dry our carpets and when we woke up there was discoloration in the carpet directly underneath the perfectly functioning unit. The owner was extremely reluctant to come back out so we tried to clean it ourselves. We insisted he come back out to look at it. He was not able to until almost a month later. When he finally came to the house, he refused to clean the area without charging us since it was minimally visible at that point and 'not his fault'. Of course we weren't willing to pay more, we just wanted it taken care of! So instead of honoring their satisfaction guarantee, they unfortunately chose to walk away and leave 2 very dissatisfied customers. read more
