They were very respectful of our belongings, worked carefully around our cat, and were incredibly kind and patient with our very curious three-year-old who kept checking in on what they were doing. One of the nicest touches was how they organized her bed, arranging all of her stuffed animals in a playful, fun way that absolutely made her day. Those little personal details really stood out. The entire team was friendly, hardworking, and thorough, and the house looked amazing when they were done. Truly a great group of people who did an outstanding job. Highly recommend.

I knew he would take apart the dryer to clean the lint from inside the bottom as well as get the duct work cleaned. He tested everything after he was done and wasn't happy with the force of the air coming out from the roof vent. He went up into our attic and took apart a section of the vent pipe and found a stubborn ball of lint. That made all the difference. Like my last review, Jon was on time (actually a few minutes early) changed his footwear every time he entered and left the house, completely cleaned up everything in the area where he worked and even went up on the roof in the rain. I completely recommend BuxMont Duct, reasonable rates for exceptional service.

He spoke with us and explained the dangers and the process of cleaning out the vent. We have always had a dryer with a vent direct to the outside where I could reach in and clean it up easily, however, our new situation put our dryer on the second floor with the vent traveling a ways to the outside vent. We didn't even think about it when we moved in but it became apparent that the vent or dryer was not working correctly. Michael came in and looked at he setup took his time to clean up the vent outside going in and inside going out. He also cleaned up the dryer and recommended a new set-up for the outgoing vent and will be back to assess that situation. After he left I immediately threw a load of towels in and bam the towels were dry quickly and I felt like the heat wasn't as stifling as it had been in the laundry room. Overall, we are pleased with the service and would utilize him again if we had ANY dryer issues. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable.
