I have used many other carpet cleaners before finding Burdick's and was never satisfied. Now I'll never use anyone else again. Their customer service on the phone and by the guys who came to the house was fantastic. My carpets never looked this clean...and they've stayed that way. They also had many little details and things they did that others did not (wearing booties and using gaurds for the corners). I also had them clean my tile and grout. OMG!!! I fogot what it looked like new, but that is just how it looked when they were done. I will say they were a bit higher in price than companies I've used in the past...but well worth it. John has so much knowledge about carpets and how to clean them (oh they do upholstery and draperies, too) i sometimes wish i had my house in carpets (i have mostly hardwood) just so he could come clean them! he can make your carpet look like new. really! even with the worst of stains. really personable and knowledgeable, too. never a hard sell just to get work done. does a great job explaining why he does what he does the way he does it. read more
