Brice contracted Jay Hagstrom (Mason) for the installation, tile work, re-piping etc... They were both wonderful to work with. Additionally, Dina in the office (brice's wife) was amazing too. Everyone coordinated and got the work done before any weather hit. All the while we were fit in another very large project nearby and the timing really work out very well. There were a couple of questions, hiccups along the way but Dina, Brice and Jay were in stellar customer service form. We are ever so grateful and LOVE our new wood stove and surround area. Showing Brice our concept idea from a Pinterest post he'll helped us understand what type of products we needed and how to choose. We picked a Regency wood stove that fits 16" wood with eash. There's a blower switch which may be used to push the heat in the space. Also, our number one request was to have a 'cooktop' in case we had no power. The first weekend we were able to used the wood stove we had family stay at the cabin with us and there was a PGE shutoff for a week minimum. We were able to cook for seven people right on top of the wood stove. What a total blessing. Without power we were unable to use the blower but we really stoked the unit to keep everyone as comfy and warm as possible. Brice introduced also to a company to obtain our concrete poured mantel which really looks like wood but will never burn. http://magrahearth.com/mortise-barn-beam-series Very handsome product!

We had a fantastic experience with Ambrosia's Chimney Sweep…read more We were able to easily set up an appointment over the phone Since everyone is needing (and should) have a chimney sweep before lighting up their fireplaces/wood stoves in the upcoming colder weather - we had to wait a couple of weeks for our appointment. We received clear instructions in advance on when to stop having a fire in our stove before the upcoming cleaning, and how to clear away the area in front of the stove for the upcoming appointment. Justin showed up promptly on the day of our cleaning and got to work right away. He laid down a new tarp in front of the stove and was very thorough in his cleaning. He even replaced the gasket on our stove in the process. Throughout the appointment - Justin was friendly, helpful, and educational. He explained what signs we should look for - when it comes to the bricks in our stove and when to replace them, as well as offering up useful advice on our wood stove and how to best maintain it. It was evident in briefly talking with Justin - that he is very skilled at what he does - and he's passionate about it as well. If you are in need of a Chimney Sweep - I highly recommend Ambrosia's Chimney Sweep. Just be sure to book your appointment well in advance! Trust.

After reviewing Sierra Stone's portfolio, I was impressed with the quality of their work, and they certainly did not disappoint! From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating of our project schedule. They handled our stone with care and took the time to review every detail of my vision, thoughtfully addressing potential challenges in advance rather than dealing with problems after the fact. I also purchased a beautiful marble remnant slab from them at a very fair price! Their skilled craftsmanship and attention to detail have completely transformed our kitchen and wine room, elevating the overall look and value of our new home. Between the quality of their installation, excellent communication, and genuine commitment to customer service, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Sierra Stone and am already looking forward to working with them again when we remodel our bathrooms!
