Both times, they did more than contracted to do...just to do it right, and did not charge a penny more. Their crews are professional, engaging and work their tails off. I watched them all day as they carefully removed quite a bit of large timber. After connecting with the crew to say goodbye, I watched them drive away and went back to the house. I then heard the shredder start up again and looked out the window. The crew drove down my road, noticed some dead branches just off the road that we had forgotten to include. They took the time and effort to grab these and mulch it all. In 2023, where do you find workers and companies that do MORE than you asked for and don't charge you for it. The experience more than made my day and this is one check I am happy to write. When needed, we will see you next time around my friends. I even had one person do some weed whacking on the front of my home in Mill Villa and never come back to get paid. He did such a lame job that I was debating whether to even pay him. Not so with James from Gibson Landscaping. James is as honest as the day is long. I watched him finish a job on Sunday morning for the pool at Mill Villa. He was so dedicated that he had to bring along his family as they were going to a function after. How many people would show up Sunday morning to finish a job? We decided to not move forward with the pond and asked for a quote for the existing removal and re-pavement of our uneven cement area. We went back and forth quite a bit in regards to details. He was very accommodating and squeezed us into his tight schedule. In the end, we did not move forward with James, NOT because of his work quality or ethic, but because we as a customer were extremely difficult to work with.
