We made a deal to perform cutting trees and also clean both sides of the house and backyard as there are lots of dried leaves and bushes. The worked was done on Thurs and Friday of the same week. He had two helpers who did a wonderful job as well. He completed the job and delivered with what we agreed on. I am very pleased of the outcome. I highly recommend Jackson to do any tree services and cleaning of your dried leaves in your compound and backyard. The price is also reasonable. Not only did he give us a great quote but they worked diligently until the job was done and even came back a second round to remove lumber that was just too much for me to handle myself. Fast forward to 2024 and we just had our first major storm in Twain Harte, we were left unscathed even though There was a fall on the property. I then heard the shredder start up again and looked out the window. The crew drove down my road, noticed some dead branches just off the road that we had forgotten to include. Had the unfortunate pleasure of having to deal with these payasos not once, not twice, not three times--but FOUR times! It took them four visits before they finally did anything and not once did they ever bother to schedule a visit. They just cold call without leaving a door knocker or any kind of notification from either them or PG&E. Fortunately for them I'm a nice guy and in the construction trades, so I don't like to prevent people from doing their jobs, so I let them have access every time. And how do they thank me? By making a huge mess in my yard, hacking my trees, and leaving me to deal with their fallen branches. Never again. If these "arborists" come knocking tell them thanks but no thanks.
