I called Strictland on Monday morning, Sep 16,2024. Jackson picked up the phone. I made an appt for him to have a free estimate of the work. He did an estimate on the same day in the afternoon. Jackson is the owner of Strictland. We made a deal to perform cutting trees and also clean both sides of the house and backyard as there are lots of dried leaves and bushes. The worked was done on Thurs and Friday of the same week. He had two helpers who did a wonderful job as well. He completed the job and delivered with what we agreed on. I am very pleased of the outcome. I highly recommend Jackson to do any tree services and cleaning of your dried leaves in your compound and backyard. The price is also reasonable. I can't recommend Jackson and his guys enough. 2023 we had a bad accident at the house a large cedar fell on our home caused a huge amount of damage. Strickland tree service came out and assessed our property for anything that could pose a future threat to our home and to remove what had already fallen. Not only did he give us a great quote but they worked diligently until the job was done and even came back a second round to remove lumber that was just too much for me to handle myself. Fast forward to 2024 and we just had our first major storm in Twain Harte, we were left unscathed even though There was a fall on the property. It was our neighbors tree and was actually one that Jackson cited as an issue but that it wouldn't reach our home. He was spot on with his call, that exact tree snapped and fell short of our house just how he said it would. Thank you guys for setting us up for the winter and keeping our house safe. Called Strickland tree and brush service to drop some trees in our front yard. Set a time to look at work. He showed up as arranged. We settled on a price. He came back and performed the work in a timely and professional manner. He cleared all brush and stacked wood. He removed 11 trees in less than 8 hours. The following day PG&e came out to cut one spindly tree it took them three and a half hours with four trucks and six guys. I purchased a home with two tall dead redwood trees that needed to be removed. I solicited a couple different bids and was very happy with going with Strickland Tree service and Jackson. When quoting, I felt I could ask questions and received useful tree advice. I knew two trees needed to go, but I had questions about other trees and needed other tree trimming. They were able to take all the cut down wood away which was important to me. Also, they were incredibly respectful when on site. I had one hour where I needed to be on an important call and they adjusted their schedule gladly to have less noisy machinery during that hour. They also warned me to close windows before using the chipper so my house was not full of wood particles.
