I called Dr. Diaz's office to confirm if this was normal and if anything had happened to not achieve the perfect results expected. Dr. Diaz called and explained everything perfectly and removed all of my concerns. Dr. Diaz is truly one of the best plastic surgeons, and a rhinoplasty is like trying to do surgery on a moving target. To solve for the final 1% of my concern, I was invited to speak to him for a revision in the future if needed. This is all to say, he is truly the best and while 99.999% of his results are all home runs, sometimes very complex noses (like mine) have a slightly almost perfect result and that is OKAY! Absolutely nothing to do with his amazing expertise or the amazing team. I even had a doctor suggest I might have a hernia that would require mesh but because of my autoimmune thyroid condition, I was not comfortable with the idea of having a foreign object in my body. I had initially put down a deposit with Dr. Rahban, but life had other plans, I became pregnant with my third baby and had to wait. Fast forward six years later, and my symptoms had worsened. But I knew exactly who I wanted to go back to. From the beginning, I trusted Dr. Rahban. I knew he could repair my diastasis recti, and just as importantly, I trusted his meticulous technique to revise my keloid without replacing it with another one. While the aesthetic improvement mattered, my top priority was functionality and quality of life. As moms, we often feel guilty investing in ourselves but this experience changed my perspective. This wasn't about "going back" to who I was before kids. It was about preserving who I am now, my health, and my longevity for my family. Dr. Rahban took exceptional care of me. I am 3 months post-op from my breast revision surgery and am happy to share my experience not only…read morebecause I received exceptional care and am happy with my results, but because my situation may help others--especially those who are out-of-town patients, need complex breast revision, or are petite women seeking larger implants. My Background I'm 5'2 110 lbs in my 30s I had my first breast augmentation in 2013 with a highly rated SF surgeon (410cc moderate profile silicone under the muscle). Unfortunately, the results were never right: I had high-riding implants that never dropped, animation deformity, tight chest pressure, poor positioning, nipples pointing downward, unbalanced upper pole, lateral displacement, implants too wide for my petite frame, and an overall top heavy appearance. I lived with these issues for 12 years. I wanted to fix these aesthetics and go larger, but still be tasteful. I was also dealing with new complications and trying to get guidance on what to do. Before Dr. Rahban In September 2025, I developed pain and swelling in one breast. After 2 months of breast imaging and evaluations for a possible late seroma, I was offered a heavily discounted revision by my original SF surgeon or the option of implant removal at Kaiser (which would be covered by my insurance). I was not confident that either of these options would give me the results I wanted. I knew I needed a higher level of care and someone who could handle the ins and outs of my complex revision, with the hope of finally having breasts that I like. Finding Dr. Rahban I researched extensively--starting in the Bay Area, then expanding to Beverly Hills, LA, SD. I researched all of the top revision surgeons through reviews on Real Self, Yelp, Google, YouTube, Tik tok, IG, blogs, medical boards, lawsuits, patient testimonials, before-and-after photos. What set Dr. Rahban apart from the other top surgeons (other than his top notch surgery skills) was his meticulous nature, transparency, no nonsense personality. You can see this shine through on his educational content in his podcast, YouTube, and IG. I scheduled virtual consultations with my top 3 surgeons. My visit with Dr. Rahban felt immediately right. He addressed my questions before I asked, understood my goals, explained all scenarios, and inspired complete trust in my husband and I. Everything just aligned. I had zero hesitations after my consultation and for the first time in this 2 month process, I felt relief. The next day, I moved forward with scheduling my surgery. Surgery (November 2025) My revision included: * Removal of original implants 410cc moderate-profile silicone implants * Total capsulectomy with pathology testing (to rule out cancer) - my scar capsules were not position correctly and needed to be removed in order to re-position the implants correctly * Pocket repair, pec muscle release * Change to dual-plane * Removal of ruptured implant (found this at the time of my surgery) * Placement of new 520cc high-profile silicone implants Out-of-Town Experience Traveling was a lot easier than we expected. My husband and I drove from the Bay Area to SoCal two days before my surgery, stayed locally for 10 days, and returned home after my 1- and 2-week post-op visits. Pre-op labs, paperwork, and consents were handled electronically. His staff ordered my medications which were delivered to his private surgery center and provided to me on the day of my surgery. When I needed post-op support (over Thanksgiving), Dr. Rahban was immediately available. Even the six-hour drive home was manageable with pre-medicating and breaks. Implant Size & Aesthetics Given my petite frame, Dr. Rahban and I had an honest discussion about balancing size and aesthetics. While he prefers a natural look, he respected my desire for a more augmented look and focused on shape, positioning, and proportion. We didn't fixate on cc's--he understood my vision and I trusted him to choose what ultimately would look the best on me during the surgery. By correcting my implant placement and plane, he was able to increase my implant size while achieving a balanced, flattering result. Despite going larger, I no longer look top-heavy. The results are beautifully shaped, well-positioned, and exactly what I hoped for. Final Thoughts Don't let distance stop you from choosing the right plastic surgeon. Dr. Rahban is the full package. Dr. Rahban combines exceptional technical skill with meticulous care and genuine concern for his patients' outcomes. He is a person, who by principle. will do the right thing, not because it's convenient for him, but because he actually cares. These details make all the difference and truly make him a fantastic plastic surgeon. Plastic surgery should enhance your life--and for me, it finally has. I'm deeply grateful to Dr. Rahban and his team. After many twists and turns, I finally have the results I always wanted--and it was worth the journey.

From the side, the definition looks cleaner, more balanced, and much closer to what I envisioned. It's not the final result yet, but so far -- it's definitely moving in the right direction.
