They masked off quite a bit of area to ensure that there would not be any overspray. This attention to preparation continued as they did the stucco, trim/facia/eaves, siding and doors. The work was done well and they spent the time to make sure all the touch up spots were painted. They even realized that they were using paint in one ceiling that was slightly off in color so they went back to Lowe's to get the right matching paint color.
