Working with Office Team has been a great experience for me. After working many years with the University of California system, I decided to seek a Doctorate degree. I then realized that I needed to identify a way to earn income, but not commit long- term, until I was almost complete with school. Accepting temporary assignments with Office Team has been awesome while in school. As a temp, I am able to constantly learn new software, operations, and business processes. In addition, every assignment is an opportunity for me to meet and establish professional relationships with Management staff in the public health and clinical health field. Although earning income is great, it is also a plus to be able to say when I am not available to accept assignment and to be able to work with Office Team staff. My direct handler (lol) is Larisa B. Larisa has been a joy to work with over the last two years. Larisa is fair, open, direct, and superb in placement. Basically, if you are interested in learning about administrative job opportunities the healthcare field, and/or desiring placement in the field, contact Office Team. read more

My experience with the Accountemps Team in Walnut Creek has been great! Based on my experience with Accountemps, I got the sense that they really cared about helping their candidates find their ideal job, whether it be a temporary position, contract work, or even a permanent position. I was placed in a temporary Accounting position for a couple of months thanks to Accountemps. This has paved the way for me to grow professionally, acquire some new skills, discover capabilities I never knew I had, as well as give me something to put down on my resume for experience. On top of that, an Accountemps representative would call occasionally to see how things were going for me. They were VERY helpful when answering any questions and also easy to talk to when I had concerns about the current assignment I was placed on. I would definitely recommend Accountemps to anyone, especially if you are looking for any Accounting/Finance-related opportunities. Thanks again to Annie, Adriana, Carolyn, Daniela and everyone else I was in contact with at Accountemps! You have all been a GREAT help! read more

Initially signed up with Office Team San Mateo, then went to Walnut Creek and finally to Office Team Healthcare group. I've been signed up with Office Team for six months, but I wasn't offered anything that related to my field of study, goals, or interests. Switching to Oakland was the best decision! Casey and Katie were so nice and very welcoming. Within 1 day they had a position for me. 1 day!! The offer was everything I can ask for in a job.I was SO surprised on how quick they were. In such little time, they were able to get to know me and find a job that suited me. Out of all the Office teams, they worked the hardest for me and did a spectacular job in finding a career that fit my goals and interests. I genuinely felt that they cared about me and my job placement. With the other office teams, I did not feel as if they worked hard or cared as much. I love how helpful they are. I am very happy to be with a great company, and I give all my thanks to Casey and Katie. read more

I am very impressed weth the service I received from the Office Team TEAM (Sarah, Chanelle & Panicia). I had been working with another staffing agency for 3 months with no success, not even an interview, although I had applied to over 10 of their jobs after I met with them. When I applied to a position with Office Team through Career Builders, they contacted me immediately, set up an interview to talk with me, in depth, about my skills and job preferences and started working on finding positions for me right away. Within a week, I was set up for an interview, within 3 days, I had the second interview and I was made an offer a week later. I start my new job on Monday and it's exactly the one I wanted (I would call it my dream job since it matches my skillset so perfectly). I couldn't have asked for more. I will refer my friends and family to them should they need this service and highly recommend the Walnut Creek Office Team branch. read more

Amber Davey and Vittoria Gioavacchini were absolutely fantastic to work for! I was in California for only six months; I got an interview with the Robert Half OfficeTeam (Amber) within two days of contacting them, and they found a perfect fit for me the next week. For me, a "perfect fit" was temporary only (not for hire), not to exceed three months. They had me on-site, four different positions, for every workday I was available. They did an awesome job working around MY schedule. It was always a pleasant surprise when Vittoria dropped by to check-up on me (and the client) to see how things were going on my long-term stints (more than two weeks). Not only were the jobs challenging, but the companies also varied: I worked for engineers, a university president, and a city's manager. I enjoyed them all. And, the OfficeTeam also made sure I was paid my worth (even when I would have settled for less). Thank you! read more

I contacted RH Office Team two months ago. I had the opportunity to interview with Alyssa Langelier and it was such a pleasurable experience. I had spent 24 years in another field and I wanted to head to another direction. Alyssa and I had a great interview and she put me at ease as well as really finding out what my strenghts were. Team was the first word in her vocabulary and she did an amazing job working with her counterparts to find the best fit for me. She was very proactive and kept me updated at all times. Alysssa was a joy to work with and she has such an AMAZING positive attitude! If I ever decide on a career change, Alyssa woudl be the first person who I would pick up the phone and touch base with. I would highly recommend RH Office Team and if you get the opportunity to work with Alyssa you will in good hands. Thank you for all of your time, support and dedication assisting me in my job hunt. read more

I am new to the Bay Area and after a few months of job searching, I applied for a temporary position that was posted by Office Team. I had never worked with an employment agency before but within a week I was contacted by Alyssa and met with her, Panicia and the rest of their fantastic team. The best part of my experience was that they really made me feel like they were working for me as well as business clients. They wanted to know what was important to me and they listened. They worked hard to match me up with jobs that were at the right level and met my interests and needs. In the first two weeks I had three interviews! It is clear that they truly care about the people they are placing and that they want both the client and employee to be happy. If you haven't tried seeking a job through an employment agency before, I would highly recommend you contact the Walnut Creek Office Team staff. read more

I have nothing but praise for the Accountemps office in Walnut Creek, CA! After graduating from UC Berkeley, I wanted to explore the financial services industry. Thanks to ANNIE MERGENS at Accountemps, she started me very quickly in an 18-month maximum contract assignment in one of Wells Fargo Bank's corporate offices. Through this assignment, I was able to obtain essential professional and technical skills that have now led me to a permanent job in banking. Annie Mergens and her staff (Dennis Brinkmann and Stacy Callahan) are very professional, caring, and outstanding in their abilities to find the perfect job opportunities to match one's interests. I especially appreciated how they followed up with me periodically to check on my job progress. This office, with Annie Mergens at the helm, is THE PLACE TO GO to find perfect job opportunities for professionals! Thank you! read more

I signed up with Robert Halo Temp Agency online and within the same week I received a call telling me about a job opening in my area at a well established company. The very next week, I was interviewing for the position and today I received a call back telling me that I made it for the second round of interviews! Considering that I have been sending my resume out EVERYWHERE for nearly two months with absolutely no call backs- I am just thrilled right now! Amber Davey , the agent from Robert Half, has been an excellent representative. She was thorough and patient with me during all the document gathering and always followed through with any call backs or email communication. The epitome of professionalism while maintaining a personal touch. I am beyond pleased with this experience and will recommend Rolbert Half to all serious job seekers read more

The Robert Half OfficeTeam staffing team in Walnut Creek, CA presented me with a great opportunity to further my professional work experience. I first met with Amber Davey, who was enthusiastic and offered two opportunities that I could undertake if either were a good fit. She provided me with great interviewing tips, check in regularly, and punctually sent the necessary documents during the hiring process. I was later assigned to Panicia Stroski, who was also extremely supportive and assisted with any issue presented. One week later, I was hired on the assignment of my choosing at the Bay Alarm Company Corporate Office in Concord, CA. I am currently almost done with my temporary contract, and will soon be a full-time permanent employee at Bay Alarm Company. Thanks again for the great opportunity, OfficeTeam! read more

This was not my first time working with Office Team. I worked with Office Team several years ago, this is when I first met Larisa. Larisa was very kind understanding and helpful, not only was she helpful she listened. Due to the economy I had to reach out again to Office Team and to my surprise I had the pleasure of working with Larisa once again. Larisa placed me in a position that started out as a couple of days a week and that eventually turned into fulltime and I am happy to announce I was hired on as a permanent employee. It has been a pleasure working with Larisa and Office Team. I would highly recommend Office Team to anyone trying to get back in the work field. Big Thanks to Larisa for keeping me in the loop and following through and keeping me informed. Linda Fox read more

I first worked with Panicia Stroski in 2008 during the big mortgage meltdown. There was a position open with another mortgage company and went through Robert Half/Office Team. After almost 10 years, I contacted Panicia again for assistance on job search. I met up with her on a Tuesday and on same week she got me an interview for a direct hire. First interview went well and I was their top candidate out of 6. Following day she had informed me that I am scheduled for a 2nd interview. 2nd interview happened and called Panicia after I left the office..... she was already on top of things! Called the employer how it went and by end of the day she gave me a good news that job was offered to me. Panicia Strowski with Robert Half/Office Team is a ROCK STAR!!!!!!!!!! read more

Office team screams awesomeness and dedication. This is my 4th assignment with the company, and they have always been great, but the group responsible for this recent opportunity(Panicia, Rachel, Megan and Dennis) went above and beyond to find one that not only matched my qualifications, but also what I was looking for in terms of pay rate. Panicia Stroski was extremely helpful in the process, and even with my constant daily badgering for updates on assignments, she was always compassionate and genuinely made me feel like I was a priority. The day that I got the call confirming the job offer felt somewhat like a mini celebration for all of us. I am truly grateful to this group and company for doing their part in helping me find employment. Thanks guys!! read more

Office Team has always been the best agency to find temp or temp to perm work! These are REALLY difficult times and I can understand why people would be frustrated, I know I am, I've been looking for more than 1 year, but the Walnut Creek office has always found excellent companies/ jobs with good starting salaries and growth potential. Agencies like Office Team are really suffering too. I'm still loyal to Office Team, even though they don't have jobs that pay a living wage right now, however, that's not their fault. Believe me, it's in their interest to find great job opportunities. I am sure that when the economy turns around they will bounce right back and big business and clients will be happy with them again. read more

Larisa B. and OfficeTeam has helped me tremendously in getting a permanent position with a great organization. I recently moved to the Bay area around 6 months ago where I had nothing planned in terms of what kind of job I would be looking for. The first 4-5 weeks of looking for employment were pretty rough. It was OfficeTeam who helped placed me on assignment immediately as a temporary role. After 6 months working on the temporary assignment I was hired permanently at a full time basis. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Larisa!! She was very nice to me where she would check up on me to see how I was doing with my assignment. I would highly recommend OfficeTeam Healthcare Group!!! read more

This is a review for Robert Half Technology, in Oakland, CA. I was brought on board by hiring manager Larissa Bukh. I first met Larissa in the Oakland office to discuss possible employment opportunities for me. Her level of professionalism and skills helped me find the right fit in IT within a month. I am very thankful to Larissa for finding a great career opportunity in a quick time frame. Once on board she was 100% available for questions, career mentoring and coaching. My 2 year experience with RH was very good. I would highly recommend Robert Half Tech and Larissa to anyone looking for career opportunities in IT. ANNIE MERGENS at Accountemps in Walnut Creek is a consummate professional! As a college graduate seeking financial services industry employment experience while working on my MBA degree at night, Annie connected me immediately with an excellent financial services job in banking that I have held for almost 2 years via Accountemps! During this time, Annie communicated with me and encouraged me every step of the way. This job has now turned into a permanent position at the same financial services company (a large bank)! Annie gave me a start in my career, and I am forever grateful to Annie and her outstanding Accountemps office! Thank you Annie and Accountemps! read more

I used Office Team in 2009 and got a great job in weeks at CMPC. The woman I interviewed with was wonderful and the follow up was great. I was excited to start with them again in 2013 after trying to pursue School which didn't work out so well. I interviewed with Brittany Thibodeaux who was great and also gave me some resume tips. That same evening I was contacted by a fellow recruiter Sara McCullough who already had a potential site for me. I was working by the following Monday. I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking employment in the administrative or Medical field. They not only care about their clients but they value their candidates equally. read more
